Point Loma is the jewel of the Peninsula. Prepare yourself for beauty by the sea. This newly remodeled 1735 SF, 3 level Town-home decorated in seaside decor. Two master suites with one king and one queen size bed, 3 patios and full private bathrooms, laundry room. Full kitchen, 1/2 bath at living area and secured parking for total relaxation. Included with the rental are four boogie board and two beach comber bikes. The area. There are many wonderful restaurants with lots of music in the neighboring bars and grills. This is not to mention Humphries is within walking distance, bringing it's world-class entertainment to the neighborhood. Located just two blocks from the wharf is this neighborhood that has all the amenities. Deep-sea fishing, paddle and boogie boarding, sailboats and skiing. This quiet neighborhood is not to be confused with Ocean Beach, which is just a five minute drive over the hill. Ocean beach offers wall-to-wall bars, restaurants, music and of course a wonderful beach if surfing is your thing. The airport is a 2 mile cab ride and downtown San Diego 4 miles from the doorstep. In other words you're a stones throw away from turning it up, or turning it down for your relaxing stay. The full house is yours to access, except a locked closet. If your passion is fishing, a two block walk to the wharf will award you dozens of fishing boats ready to take you on a deep sea day trip or longer. Check out the amazing catches of tuna and many other types that run the southern pacific coastline. Four boggie boards await your adventure to the warm sandy beaches, at your own risk and responsibility of items of course. Patio off the living room with a BBQ. Should you decided to venture out by foot, two beach cruzers are ready for your adventure to the miles of restaurants, entertainment and sites provided by the miles of beautiful shorelines of San Diego! Air mattress available for 5 & 6th guest. One secure stall for a Medium size car compare it to a X5 BMW. Full kitchen with K-cup maker (k-cups, creamers and sugar provided), including pots, pans and cooking condiments. Smart TV in living room. 2 smart TV's upstairs in the bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay so much. The condo is decorated beautifully, washer and dryer for our use, garage, keyless entry, and so much more. Our host was quick to respond and wonderful with answering all of our questions. Highly recommend this property!!!! Five Stars!!!!

We came to visit our son (USMC) from PA. This home is even more beautiful than the pictures! Spotless, beautifully decorated, absolutely comfortable beds. The owner spared no expense! Bed linens were clean & comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked. I was delighted to see the showers were fully stocked w/ shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, soaps in all dispensers. Tissues, paper towels, just everything. I note these seemingly simple items because we’ve stayed elsewhere w/o any of these things & needed to do a full shopping trip to start our vacation. Sheri was the best host. Prompt responses to any questions we had, access sooner then expected. This was the best experience we’ve had visiting CA to date! I look forward to reaching out to Sheri for future stays!! THANK YOU!!

The best part of the house was the location. We liked being able to walk to Point Loma Seafoods, Eppig, and to coffee.
The place was also clean and comfortable. We appreciate the balcony space, in-suite bathrooms, and the A/C.
We wished the ice machine in the refrigerator worked. There was not a mobile garage opener available which was an inconvenience. Additionally, the keyless entry pad at the front door stopped working so we had to enter in through the garage - which is really, really small.

My family stayed here while attending Family Day and graduation at MCRD. The location is very, very close to the base and the airport. The area is lovely, with anything you need close by (grocery, liquor store, coffee shop, restaurants, etc.). The home is gorgeous (the coastal decor is fabulous!), super-clean and host was amazingly easy to work with. We had no issues during our stay. If you are co side ring this rental, do not hesitate. Book it NOW! I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were initially impressed by how lovely it was decorated and all the attention to detail. Once we settled in, we became even more delighted by the added touches to make our stay exceptional - water bottles in the rooms, all the seasonings you might need for cooking, sparkling water in the refrigerator, comfortable beds, TVs in every room, fully equipped kitchen, and everything you could possibly need for the beach. We didn't need a single thing during our stay and the property manager maintained excellent communication from beginning to end. Also, this location is close to everything (airport, Sea World, beaches). We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others. You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful place, very comfortable and central to everything we wanted to do in San Diego. We were here to visit family that is stationed at the naval base and we were just a few minutes down the road. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Will definitely stay again on a return trip.

Absolutely loved this stay. Clean and bright, very comfortable beds, and the place is stocked with everything you could want or need. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated and high end; the master shower is huge and has skylights. Little balconies are charming. Garage was too small for our large rental truck, but we found parking in the street without difficulty. Would definitely stay here again if it was available.

My family and I all felt very comfortable at this location. It was completely stocked, decorative and extremely clean! We had plenty of room for the 4 of us and being the only female, the 2.5 bathrooms came in handy!! The owner was very responsive when we needed something. We will definitely book here again!!

This home felt like home!
The owner was quick to respond to our inquires.
We utilized the kitchen, which had both functional and beautiful appliances, cookware and serving pieces. The onsite washer and dryer were much appreciated. The beds and linens are comfy and showers are roomy. The living room sectional is huge-two adults napped on it with room to spare. We enjoyed the abundance of windows, sliding doors and decks which let in sea breeezes and added to the ambience of the property.
Future guests should note that this is a 3-story unit with bedrooms on the 3rd level.
Also, note that the garages are quite narrow with low ceilings. Our vehicle didn't fit, but we were able to find street parking within a couple of blocks. We did note that a new multi-unit building is under construction nearby, so there may be more demand for street parking in the future.
Better Buzz, a local coffee chain, is within walking distance. We all agreed that the coffee and pastries were far superior to those of the larger coffee chains.

We really enjoyed our long weekend at the condo! The property was comfortable, clean, and convenient. The location was minutes from the airport, close to the water, minutes from shopping malls, and within walking distance of several restaurants and a grocery store. The condo had all the amenities and we loved relaxing on the balcony.
The owner, Sheri, was responsive, communicated regularly, and was super easy to work with. I'd highly recommend this property!

Sherri was amazing with communication and provided local recommendations. Space is clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, laundry and large bathrooms and showers. The garage is small we rented a Rouge Nissan and had no problems. Would recommend with out hesitation. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Great location - close to everything. The two master suites were perfect for our group. Condo was very clean, kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable. Owner was easy to contact and an issue with the stove was addressed quickly. Would definitely stay there again!

Townhome was clean, updated and beds were so comfortable. Close to everything Zoo, Torrey Pines, USS Midway, Balboa Park, La Jolla Cove, Museums and 20 minute drive to Coronado. Unit had everything we needed and then some

This house was the best VRBO experience I have had. It is a very comfortable, clean and inviting place. It is extremely well equipped, they spared no expense to make it comfortable. It is such a great central location to get anywhere around San Diego! You will not regret booking this place, we ended up calling it the happy house!

We were looking for a place close to Liberty Station-and found this beautiful place. We love to walk so very close to Liberty Station , and walking/ biking paths. Our son lives nearby so was great meeting place for dinners, game night, etc. Beds were comfortable , kitchen well stocked and handy laundry room. Big plus was 2 master bedrooms . Parking was somewhat spotty but not too bad . Our car fit in garage but street parking for visitors off / on challenging .

We were thrilled with this VRBO! It looked great in the pictures, and was even better in real life! We were there for 2 weeks, and our adult daughters came and joined us for a few days. It was very clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable (we never find comfortable beds when we travel, so this was a huge bonus!) It was very well stocked with all of the appliances, cookware, dishes and spices that we could possibly want. It was also in a great location within an easy walk to coffee shops and lots of great restaurants! The communication with the host was fantastic! We would for sure stay here again! Thank you!

The reason for our visit to San Diego is my husband and I were celebrating our 22nd anniversary and this property was the most adorable place to celebrate. From the furniture to the pots and pans, everything a person would need was there. Just an example, I forgot my coffee filters and I didn't expect to find any, but to my surprise I found filters in the cabinet. Yes, Sheri thought of everything. And oh I must not forget to mention how extremely CLEAN this property was when we arrived... that's MAJOR for us. Y'all whose ever reading this review, I'm not kidding, this place is exceptionally wonderful 👍. Believe all of the 5 star reviews, they're true and if there was such a rating as 10 stars I'd give it a 20☺️. Sheri was easy to contact and efficient in responding. My husband and I are already planning on returning soon!!!

This property had everything you would look for for a excellent vacation. Sherri’s place was extremely clean. The communication from Sherri was great. She made sure that we were very comfortable. Check-in process, was very smooth.. Every room had a special touch of class, detail, and a cozy feel that your family and friends would enjoy. All the beds were super comfortable, even down the the pillows…The kitchen was well stocked and roomy. The natural lighting was great and was perfect for morning coffee!!The property had plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy. The location is centrally located to various nice restaurants and stores that are near by. The neighborhood was very nice. My family and I really enjoyed our stay so much. Looking forward to booking this place again! 😊

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable furniture and a fully stocked kitchen that allowed me to easily prepare our Thanksgiving meal. Owner was friendly, very accommodating and had great open communication. Looking forward to our next stay !
**Side note totally out of the control of the owner - there is currently a construction project taking place across the street. The noise from the project starting between 6:30 - 7:00 am was less than ideal.**
That being said, we would not hesitate to book another stay ... hopefully soon !

This property was amazing on every level. The beach decor was fun and functional. The kitchen had anything snd everything you could want in addition to a nice big window for natural light. High quality bedding and linens made for a wonder nights sleep. Location was perfect and walking distance to many wonderful restaurants.

It’s hard to describe what a wonderful condo this is. The decor and set up make you feel you are in a very special vacation getaway. Shari has thought of everything to make your stay so easy. She was so accommodating to our arrival time and went out of her way to let us know to get ahold of her if anything was needed. Situated just 2 blocks from the Point Loma Marina, which if you have a husband fishing, was the perfect location. The neighborhood was nice and we always felt safe walking around. So easy to walk to any one of the restaurants on the Marina or just wander and enjoy the sights around the Marina. It will definitely be the go to place for our next stay in San Diego. Also having a garage for the rental car was perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this conveniently located and beautifully appointed townhouse. We walked to restaurants, drove a few blocks for groceries, and made it back and forth between MCRD and the airport with very little traffic. We even got some ideas for our kitchen remodel!
The place is distributed among 3 levels so you'll need to do some stairs and the beds are really high, so just be aware of those things if your mobility is limited.
Communication with the owner was easy and we felt comfortable. We had everything we needed and would stay here again.

We stayed here for a long weekend, me, my wife, my mother in law and our daughter. We enjoyed having plenty of space, and the home has great kitchen, bathrooms and patio space.the futon was helpful and comfortable for our daughter. We really liked the location, a quick walk to the pier for seafood or to the brewery. The zoo is 20 minutes away, and we drove 30 minutes to Torrey Pines one day and swing through La Jolla on our way back. We will be back!

I can't decide what was better, the beauty and attention to detail of this property or the extremely kind hostess. From the moment I made my reservation, Sheri was in touch to see if we had any special needs and was more than happy to make recommendations for places to eat and things to see. She felt like an old friend. The condo is so lovely and there are plenty of places to walk nearby. We had a wonderful stay.

Outstanding! Look no further! Sheri is a top notch host! Her property is beautifully renovated and gorgeously decorated. Careful thought was placed into every detail of this home. I was inspired to make some changes to my own home. Anyone staying during the winter months will love the fireplace. All you do is click a button! We cooked several meals in the amazing kitchen. We had everything we could possibly need and more. The showers ! You will want to spend more time then you should in them! The beds/bedding are very comfortable and luxurious. Better than any 5 star hotel I’ve stayed in. You will have everything you need for a day at the beach. Sheri has thought of
everything. As for the location….again I can not say enough good things. This was my first time to stay in Point Loma . It has become one of my favorite places in San Diego. So much is accessible on foot. Lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores. Liberty Station is amazing! We ran there and spent the day eating , shopping and walking on the coastline trail. We made friends at the nearby Wine Pub.. Cabrillo National Park and Sunset Cliffs are very close and must be experienced. Sheri has been the best to work with. I can not wait to go back and stay at her lovely home!

The home was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and the owner was wonderful to communicate with. They literally have thought of everything for our trip. The shampoo/conditioner, stocked kitchen, high chair, beach stuff, etc. Good quality pots and pans and knives for cooking in the kitchen too. The home is close to all main attractions and minutes from downtown, airport, and ocean. We stayed 5 days and didn't even use a full tank! We loved it and hope to stay there again in the future. The family and I absolutely loved this property. It is beautiful appointed with all of the amenities one might need for a small family or group vacation. It is walking distance to the San Diego Harbor where one can find many restaurants and fun activities to indulge in. It is a short drive to Mission Beach, Sea World, and other popular San Diego attractions. The property owner was wonderful to work with. Check in and check out was very smooth. All in all an absolutely gorgeous, comfortable, and safe property to stay in. We felt at home. Definitely a 5 star experience.
