Gorgeous 5 bedroom 4 and 1/2 bathroom home, which has sleeping for 13+. The floor plan encompasses five spacious bedrooms with plenty of room for study, sleep and storage. Five luxurious bathrooms, stocked with fresh linens and towels. The large master bedroom has plenty of space where you can enjoy the view, a private back yard entrance, large walk in closet, jetted tub to relax and a beautiful large private bathroom. Two of the five bedrooms are two private entrance casita's (small suites) that attach to the house in the main entrance courtyard. Every bedroom and family space has its own TV with all the cable channels to enjoy during down time. The kitchen is sleek and stylish. It flows through to the dining room and private rear patio. This home has plenty of room for all with over 3600 plus square feet of living space. You will have space to spread out with the use of the game room, formal dining room, large family room attached to the chef kitchen and a fabulously large back yard. The home is very family friendly. We have games for all, two new cruiser bikes, floats for the pool, yard games, and of course a fire pit to roast s'mores! And to give you peace of mind, the home sits with in a secure gated upscale community of Montage Estates. The outdoor living space is absolutely amazing! Beyond the glass, is a paradise outside that sits among the palms. The yard is fabulously manicured. You can enjoy the outdoors for hours with the two fire pits, outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace, TV, bar, large side yard and plenty of seating for all. You can relax by the private heated pool and a lovely waterfall spa. This house is perfect for a family vacation, a holiday retreat, or a get away with friends. This home is ideally positioned to enjoy the proximity to cafes, restaurants, casinos, entertainment and shopping centers. And we are walking distance to the festivals (Coachella and Stagecoach) and a 10 minute drive to the tennis tournaments! Our group of seven life long friends meet about once a year to reminisce and make new memories. We usually go to Palm Springs but opted for this beautiful Indio home. The home was perfect! It offered enough room to spread out (one friend plays the violin), and was cozy enough for a group conversation. The back yard is amazing. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the fire pit.
The beds were comfy. The neighborhood was quiet. Shelly was quick to respond with any questions we had and made the renting process smooth and easy.
We would definitely recommend this home!

This is the 2nd time I stayed in this property. It is beautiful, very roomie, lots of place to sleep and hangout by the pool. The property manager Shelly is awesome.

We have stayed at other properties in this same neighborhood with the same group of friends so are familiar. We enjoyed this house for a getaway on a long weekend. It's comfortable, well set up and the beds were actually comfortable as well. Pool is exactly what our group was looking for. We had small elementary age children with us and the home is a good fit for them with a nice kid room for sleeping arrangements. Would stay again!

We had an amazing stay. Our group of 8 adults and one teen spent hours in the pool every day. We enjoyed everything in the game room and took full advantage of the well-appointed kitchen. Tons of space so the introverts could seclude when they needed a little rest from the hubbub. Shelly was a great communicator and we had everything we needed. Would absolutely return to this paradise again!

Shelly was amazing! She was on top of everything and gave us recommends for lunch, which we walked to while on our morning walk. The house had everything you could ever need. Plenty of beach towels, pool toys, kitchen needs, and plenty of room for all of us to stay. We will definitely be back.

We came with our adult children and my sisters for Stagecoach. There were 10 of us. The house was perfect for us. Spacious, clean, comfortable. The pool was great considering the 105 heat. The backyard was large. Hosts were very accommodating.

The house is fantastic and has any kind of cooking supply you might need. Also, the old school arcade game was a bonus for the kids!

We loved our stay! The home had everything we needed and more. The grounds and neighborhood were impeccable. Many different hang-out spots for the whole family to enjoy. Booking was easy and property manager was very responsive. We would definitely book again. Thank you!

We rented the home for a weekend so our extended family could get together and celebrate my mom’s 65th birthday. The house was amazing, so much space, the backyard was the perfect place to spend the day bbqing and hanging out in/by the pool. The house had everything! I’ve stayed in a lot of short term rentals, this one had the best equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, extra pillows, blankets, even little toiletries in all 5 of the bathrooms! The house was VERY clean (I’ll confess I’ve cleaned my share of rentals when I get there because I’m a little bit of a germaphobe, lol). There are yard games, pools floats, everything you need for a great weekend with your family!! Everyone had such a great time, we definitely want to come back!!

We have been going Palm Springs for the past few years and have stayed in several rentals. This house by far was the best! Super clean and very spacious! Plenty of room for all of us with lots of different areas to hang out. The location was ideal especially for the Indian Wells tennis tournament! Our host was very communicative and available for us when we had questions. We will definitely be returning!

We stayed at Song Bird Avenue for a recent family wedding with our son, daughter-in-law, their two infants and their nanny. The set up was perfect with a spacious ,lovely home and a wonderful yard with a pool and plenty of room for an almost 2 year old to kick a ball around. The location was 5 minutes from the wedding venue and in close proximity to stores and restaurants. The host was very available and responsive to all our needs. We loved everything about the stay.

This property lived up to its hype! Everything was top notch. The backyard pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, outdoor living room area with fireplace were amazing. We also enjoyed the separate fire pit. The kitchen has all of the amenities and served as a great space to hang out with the large group. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and great size. Also, the location was prime fire the three golf courses we played - all within five miles of the property . Last but not least, Shelly was an outstanding host from initial reservation to leaving the property - always responsive. Will be back for sure!!

Beautiful home for a large group. A large number of spaces to spread out - outdoor firepits, outdoor living area, etc. Game room was great, as were all the items for entertainment. Bedrooms are separated enough for privacy

The house was perfect for 4 couples. The outdoor space was very nice and the house had everything we needed. We had one issue with a noisy fan in the casita, but the issue was resolved very quickly. The manager was quick to respond to our concerns, even ordering more mugs from Amazon that arrived the next day.

This house is amazing! The photos are accurate & probably even better in person. House is fully stock — literally. The property manager was so helpful with surrounding city questions & she gets back to you so quick. No house problems (waterfall didn’t work initially, but the property manager had that fixed fast). I don’t really consider that a problem, but was pleased with the outcome! Will definitely be back to this property as long as it is still available. I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

The back of the house faces north, so the pool area is in the sun, all day long. The patio is covered and never receives any sun.

Perfect for a girls trip
This house was perfect for a bachelorette party! There was so much room to spread out & lounge. The pool fit 8 floaties & was such a great way to beat the heat. The backyard area was perfect for lounging - we used it for backyard yoga, sitting around the firepit at night, and lounging in the morning sun with coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend & the property manager was quick to answer any questions throughout the weekend. Would absolutely be back with friends or would even be perfect for multiple families.
