Spacious unit with proximity to essentials and WEM.

The property came with an electronic lock which made it very easy to access the house and made it more secure. It's a very spacious basement and the hosts respond to any concerns in 30 minutes to one hour. We enjoyed it's proximity to excellent restaurants, grocery stores and the WEM. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Money worth it

The house was very spacious especially with little kids. A lot space to play freely. It was way better then a hotel. The host was on the top notch with the respond. Money well spent. We will hope to rent it again when we come to Edmonton in the near future.

The house was a little hot. Air condition could have help. There were fans in every room but we do not like the fan on when sleeping.

it was very comfortable and the neighbourhood was very quite

we would have preferred if the backyard was clean. We also would have preferred if the sofa downstairs had been vacuumed

The location was perfect. It was literally five minutes away from West Edmonton Mall. The house was spacious, clean, and bright. They provided coffee and cream for the morning coffee. They provided all the utensils we would’ve needed for cooking. They provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for all the bathrooms. We had enough linens and towels for the entire family. They had board games there that we were able to play.

Would’ve been amazing if there were TVs in the room but that’s just wishful thinking.

good location, very warm & welcoming when you enter, all the amenities are available.

towels weren’t available when we arrived but the owners were very nice and helpful so we could get some clean towels.

Great place to stay for girls trip or family with younger kids

very clean, the beds were amazing, location was central, had everything we needed for a weekend, property managers were amazing to deal with and quick to respond, the area felt safe

that is was a basement suite and a little to Crowded for my family, my husband is 6’2 and kids 6’1 and 5’10 so just not enough room for us

Home away from home

The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. I booked last minute and they were very accommodating. The house was comfortable and nicely furnished. Great home away from home!

It's a nice place.

At first, I was a little surprised that there was actually a $500 deposit. However, when I entered the accommodation, I thought it was a deposit that they could ask the guest to clean, manage, and maintain a good house. The house was really satisfying and a great place for us to relax. Especially now because of Covid-19. Next time I go to Edmonton, I want to stay in this accommodation. Of course, they have a lot of nice houses, so I want to reserve a better house again.

I had to pay for cleaning separately, but I think it would be better if you lower the price a little bit. Anyway I was satisfied.
