Just bring your suitcase! Enjoy the Villages lifestyle! The area is known as the Legacy. 1 1/2 miles to Nancy Lopez. 2 miles PUBLIX REC. CENT PRIME LOCATION BETWEEN LOPEZ AND SAVANNA CENTER! This village beautiful ranch style Amarillo 3/2/2 This will not last brand new every thing! Inside laundry! large split open floor plan. Had private back yard with wall no kissing lanias. 3 Town squares where there live free entertainment 365 days a year! Long term renter will receive passes good for pool and Country Clubs! Duvets on beds washed and changed out with each stay. Is available for rent by week by month or year. SHORT TERM $200. security and $50.00 cleaning fee LONG TERM 1/2 is due within 14 days of rental total paid 45 days prior to rental. security deposit 1000. $100.00 cleaning fee. No pets, No smoking in on or near property, charge of $250 applies if you break the house rules. Please make sure NO PETS, NO EXTRA GUESTS, NO VAPING/ SMOKING ON OR NEAR HOME. If you have pets and do not ask there will be a $250. fee. If you have extra guests and do not add to reservation it will be an extra $ 50 dollar fee per person added to your bill.. This creates problems for our cleaning crew & can add extra cleaning costs to bill. Door Ring on property. No excessive deliveries over 2. Food delivery is fine. We are sorry we have list these due to people abusing policies in place. we try to keep a warm lovely inviting home for all your comfort.. Please just be respectful and we won't have a problem.

First I would like to say that I screwed up. My Father had just passed away when I made the reservation, and I, under duress as you can imagine, made an error in stating the number of guests coming in for the funeral. I would have gladly paid for the difference, but I was never given the chance. The owner immediately contacted VRBO and claimed that we “trashed the house, used ALL the dishes, used every bed, and every towel.” She then charged my credit card for $370 for “damages.” What damages? Nothing! They would have had to do a couple extra loads of laundry. $370!! Unbelievable! She even claimed that we “Left the freezer open, which frosted up and had to be thawed.” Impossible. All modern freezers are frost-free, and was open, at the maximum, of 2 hours. Like I say,Impossible. She was just having a temper tantrum at our expense a day after the funeral, of which she was aware. How cold.
The bottom line is this, no matter what she says. We arrived, Wednesday evening. The house was in a good location, was clean, and well appointed. No problems at all. We enjoyed our stay (as much as you could under the circumstances) and we left the house Saturday morning. We followed the checkout process by washing the dishes (leaving them in the dishwasher,) stripping the beds, and putting all linens and towels in the laundry room.
I thought all was fine until I was notified by email from VRBO that I was charged $370, not a call from the owner, as per the VRBO policy. VRBO Refunded.

Convenient for our purposes. Location in between two homes of daughters and grandchildren we were visiting for Easter weekend. Home had everything we needed. Villages is a quiet community, though there were some very inquisitive people (neighbors?) passing by on golf cart inquiring information about us. Rapid response from owner when communication was necessary.

The house was exactly as advertised and even better. It now has a king bed and everything was very comfortable and there were plenty of towels for 5 adults. Check in was easy and Sheryl responded quickly to our questions. Thank you for a great weekend!

This was the perfect fit for us visiting family members in the area! The property was exactly as described in the listing very clean and well appointed. We were not there that much during our stay but it worked well for our mornings and winding down in the evening. Hosts were great and we communicated several times during our stay.

Intruding Landlady
Miss representing about the home. She kept golf cart in rental home but did not let tenant use cart.
Very old outdated silverware. No garbage disposal.

Very clean & nice home for our short visit while looking to relocate. We would have pursued the hot tub & pool if we were staying longer.

Girls Getaway
The house was ideal for a getaway with my sister and friend. We spent a lot of time at the house talking and catching up with each other. The Villages shopping and restaurants are wonderful.
One note I would like to mention is we do not think the sheets were changed. We found hair and makeup stains on the sheets. My suggestion is you should not rely on the previous guests to change the sheets. You should either have the cleaning service change the sheets or leave the clean sheets out for the new guests to put on.
Overall we had a wonderful visit.
