My husband and I just spent two months in this wonderful vacation home and we were more than pleased. This home is so comfortable and well equipped with lots of space for entertaining family and friends. We totally agree with everything stated in the previous review. Another plus is the location of this home. It is very convenient to many of the Coachella Valley attractions as well as to golf courses, restaurants and shopping. The owners were so kind, hospitable and very responsive to our questions or needs. We really did feel totally at home and we were sad to leave. We would definitely return to this home again.

My husband and I stayed a month in this home. We were joined for a week at Christmas by our 3 adult children and our 6 year old granddaughter. As described in the other reviews, this home has it all: furnishings, amenities, security, equipment, cleanliness and space. The owners live a few hours away and are available and were responsive to our every query or concern. They offer more than accommodation, they offer hospitality. An extended family or group would love the privacy and space offered by this listing which can include the casita, a separate suite, above the garage. We have stayed in other VRBO accommodation and this is the best. There's games and equipment for kids. There are all the little things that make a house friendly, such as batteries supplied,candles, placemats, beach towels, bath towels, pens, pencils, air freshener, tissue, soaps, dvd's, books, throws, trays, specialty serving dishes, pool toys, coolers, paper towels, brooms, mop, wagon, high chair, flash lights, plunger, even a junk drawer! The pools,playgrounds and facilities are exactly as described, high quality, well constructed and close. The accommodation is in a gated community, has a two car garage, patio with fire pit and lots of friendly space. We hope to return to Casa Quattrocchi. We give our highest recommendation to this listing and its owners.

I stayed here for two months and enjoyed it. The house is new, modern, clean and very well decorated and equipped. The owners were very helpful and were available if I had any questions once there. I would recommened this place to others. It was easy to get around the valley and attractions.

Our family had a wonderful trip to Palm Desert and were so thrilled with this gorgeous home and its location. This home is beautifully decorated and lacked nothing to make our stay comfortable. Owners definitely put a lot of thought into furnishing this like their own home with attention to detail. (They even had a little step stool so my 4 yr old was able to reach the sink - Thank you!) We loved the quiet neighborhood and the short walk to the pool and park. We also enjoyed the furnished patio on a few cool desert nights. We love this home and it will definitely come back.

We have had the opportunity to stay at this charming "Casa Quattrocchi" more than once and we love it. It is warm and inviting from the moment you walk in with open rooms and spacious entertaining areas. My husband and I love that the jacuzzi is a short walk away and the kids love the pool is right next to it. There is also a small gym and recreation room area with a small kitchen, perfect for a family gathering. The grounds are a pretty Spanish style, new and clean. The decor inside is fashionable and cozy with super soft, quality linens and amenities. It's a great location with the restaurants, shopping, and night-life/casino nearby. We went to several of the local restaurants and enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We hiked Tahquitz Canyon Falls more than once and the views were breathtaking. The views from the house and the pool are also majestic, snow capped mountains and palm trees. We love going to Palm Desert and this home is a perfect getaway for our family of 4, with another family or even a group of friends. I would recommend this beautiful retreat to all my family and friends. I can't wait to return!

The rooms are decorated beautifully, and are very comfortable. The upstairs bathrooms are spa-like, and the linens (sheets, towels & beach towels) are high quality. I especially loved the gourmet, fully-stocked kitchen. We ended up cooking a few easy meals during our stay, and the kitchen island / dining area offered a nice central gathering area for cooking, pouring wine/cocktails, and socializing. There's even enough space to do yoga or have a small dance party. The location is great, close to the freeway, shopping, restaurants, and the casinos. The huge pool is a short walk from the property. During the day, the mountain views from the pool are breathtaking, and the jacuzzi is perfect for winding down the night under the stars. The owner recommended the Taquitz Canyon hike, and 3rd Corner Wine Shop & Bistro for a nice dinner. The food & wine selection at 3rd Corner was amazing, and the hike was the perfect pace for our group. We ended Saturday night watching the live band at the Firehouse Grill in the neighborhood. This was the first year (out of several) that we didn't spend our girls getaway at the actual spa, and we were more relaxed, free to explore, and especially loved having the full kitchen. Most important, we enjoyed a relaxing four days for the fraction of the cost of the spa. This house is a FIND, and I will certainly be back with friends and family in tow.

I have had the pleasure of staying at this private villa on a few occasions recently and each time left feeling refreshed and excited to go back. The home is beautifully furnished, has a fabulous great room for entertaining, fully stocked kitchen with everything to inspire your inner chef :), and luxurious bedding for a great nights rest! Gorgeous views and sunsets too! The kids love the swimming pool and huge park to play and run. They also love having so many games and toys to enjoy. As a bonus, the owners give the best tips on places to visit, dine, etc and go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect! Thank you for opening your home. We thoroughly enjoy your desert oasis and look forward to our next visit to create more great family memories!!

I stayed at this property in Feb 2011 for both easy access to Joshua Tree and to the restaurants and amenities of Palm Desert. This place is really nice with a great kitchen and spacious living area. We had a large group over for dinner one night (7 adults, 3 kids) and it was quite comfortable even with the kids running around. It's location right off the highway meant it was easy to get to the nearby parks during the day and still make it back to the city for a nice dinner. We used the pool one day and I ran around with the kids in the playground for a while and it was all new and in good condition.
