It’s a beautiful property that is reflected well in the photos. Almost each room looks the same. Facilities were clean. Rooms we’re rather large and comfortable. Living room and kitchen are spacious.

Although it’s a house that sleeps 22 people, you have to be completely mute past 10pm. Not only does this suck, but we found out that the staff at Brighton Reservations were even dishonest about these already poor timings. On several occasions we were asked to turn my music down between the hours of 8:00pm-10:00pm even though it was playing at a semi-decent pace. We even had security come to the house at 9:37pm. If the cut off time was 8:00pm admitting that at first would have been preferable rather than extending it to make a booking. So although this property is build to host so many people, you constantly feel restricted. Your freedom is limited within this house. Secondly, the staff then accused us of “throwing a party” after not stating anywhere either in writing or verbally that parties aren’t allowed to be thrown. Not to mention, we had a poxy gathering of 10 people. Is that even enough to throw a party? If you and your 20 friends are planning to have a night vigil or a séance, knock yourself out. Anything otherwise, you’re better off finding yourself a better property.

This accommodation is located centrally. You can walk from the train station and there's a lot of restaurants around.

There is not enough ventilation. It can be very hot in the rooms in summer. Fans or air conditioning would be great.

It was close to the beach

We had no hot water for the most of the stay, the road that the property was on was extremely noisy and very unclean.
