This place carries the spirit of southern France so well, that if you want to experience a very authentic stay - this should be your stop. The house is located in the outskirts of Nîmes and has a beautiful huge garden with all sorts of trees and herbs, that not only add to the atmosphere, but also appear on your plate at breakfast (either fresh or as a tasty jam). The true soul of the place, however, is the host himself who made everything feel very natural.

Liste Rouge is one of the most magical place we've ever stayed! It's gorgeous; every detail has been attended to, and Yannick could not be a lovelier host. We were very sad to leave but will certainly come back!

The hosts couldn't be more hospitable, or do more for us. At times it felt like the entire place was our own private villa and grounds. We'll be going back again for sure.

You'll need your own car. The taxi service in Nimes is terrible and overpriced as the local powers that be have effectively banned uber, and private cabs are extortionate (the owner even gave us lifts).

Liste rouge is absolutely beautiful. from the moment the gates opened, the warmest of welcomes awaited us from Yannick the owner. the gardens and house are stunning. the antiques, the decor, the pool, the breakfasts, home made jams, freshly squeezed juice, wonderful meals! I would give 20 stars if I could. Yannick is a wonderful host who recommends the best places to go that we could never have found ourselves. he is so generous with his time, the best place we’ve stayed!
