HOUSE RULES: - No parties allowed. This property is strictly and ONLY for vacation & relaxation. - No loud music at all is allowed outside of the house at any time of the day, evening or night. And no loud noise outside of the house. - STRICTLY 1 car can park on the driveway at any time for the entire stay. Failure to adhere to this will result in termination of the rental and forfeiture of the security deposit. - No parking or standing on the lawn. And there is no parking or standing on the street. - No smoking. If any of the above house rules are broken, by anyone of the guest, it will, unfortunately, result in the loss of your security deposit and your rental will terminate immediately. IMPORTANT! WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT 10 PEOPLE (MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY) AS PER STATE REGULATIONS FOR VACATION RENTALS OCCUPANCY STANDARD. PARKING RULES: ONLY 1 CAR ALLOWED allowed as per City Ordinance. Additionally, there are no indoor cameras, to uphold the privacy of all our guests. NOISE AWARE This property has been equipped with a Noise Aware device, which monitors the noise level inside and outside of the home.
