The living room size is VERY generous in the 2-bed apartment we rented (the Batalha apartment). This space has the wow factor. The kitchen is very well equipped and they offer washing machine and dishwasher soap and tablets as a gratuity. The views onto the river from our 3rd floor were excellent. The AC works very well which was a blessing but the cherry on the cake is the parking garage for just €10 a day in the premises; extremely convenient in a city with such a difficult lay out.
Decor is modern but cozy, quite tasteful and location is excellent if you have a car.
These apartments have been a great finding. I will recommend them.
Convenient location for wheelchair users and baby strollers as the access to all rooms are stair-free.
Staff is very helpful and thoughtful.
The bed mattresses are too firm for my liking and the double bed is not a Queen bed but two single beds 80cm-wide joined by a sheet. The views from the bedrooms are to the interior open air stairwell so no view and they are quite dark but the living room windows make up for it. The coffee machine is a Nespresso which uses only tablets (the ones manufactured for offices) and not the regular capsules. The flat tablets cannot be purchased in a supermarket, thus must be purchased directly from the main reception at 50c a piece. The reception offers 5 as courtesy free of charge but is not enough for 4 guests, 3 nights.
Lastly, only one bathroom door closed properly, the rest wouldn´t; they seem to have a wood joinery problem as the entire building is made entirely of concrete

位置挺好的，步行就可以到许多景点。客厅也比较大。楼顶还有一个露台，可以观赏杜罗河。
楼下停车需要特别注意。我刚到达波尔图，我的车停在楼下，正在提取行李时，当地一个居民的车停下后，没有拉手刹，他的车溜车，撞到我刚买两个月的新车，给我度假的心情造成了影响。为了安全，我把车开到附近的地下车库停放了几天。第2天一早，我又看到当地一个居民为了将车开出来，不断前后挪动车辆，十几次撞击一辆从西班牙开过去的车辆，所以在楼下停车要注意。

The place was very clean and a large space actually. The area was good, BUT there was an event, so all the roads were closed, which made it very difficult to get in and out of the property. Keep this in mind when booking. Also, it was very well soundproofed. There were parties and concerts outside, but we couldn't hear anything.
The room was supposed to be river view and it was, but more of a glimpse. That was the only thing that didn't match the photos. Everything else was great.

Everything was excellent except the supposedly high-speed WIFI that did not work at all. That was a big problem for me (teleconferences)
