This property was a good size and there was plenty of space for myself, my husband, 2 small children and my dad who joined us. He was able to have his room and ensuite downstairs which worked well. There was easy parking and it was easy to find and a good base for going around Poole and nearby places. The property was clean but not absolutely spotless when we arrived, There are many things that the managers could do that would easily make it a great letting. They need to put up toilet roll holders, hooks in the bathrooms to hang up towels, put up a shelf or cabinet in the bathroom to put toiletries somewhere. They need to put hangers in the wardrobes and increase the number of bowls and plates available. The real issue we did have was that the shower head was cracked and the lightbulbs in the lamps on the bedside tables were both not working. The Bournecoast holidays did respond very quickly to our phonecalls and did send someone to try and fix it very quickly which was really helpful.
