At the top of the driveway is a 2 mile bike path (2 bikes included) which parallels the ocean on one side and a breathtaking, romantic beach less than a 2 minute walk on the other side of the home. Yoga classes are only a 10 minute walk from the home. Sharks Cove Marine Life Park (snorkeling/diving), Food Trucks, Coffee Bean & Tea and Foodland Grocery are also all within a 5-15 minute walk. Spend your time relaxing instead of sitting in traffic trying to get around! All surf contests are a short walk or bike ride from the cottage. The studio comes equipped with a full size stainless steel fridge with ice maker/filtered water, large/deep stainless steel sink, full size microwave, large toaster oven (fits a 12 inch pizza) and induction hot plate. There is no range in the studio however we have had fantastic feedback on the induction hot plate from our recent guests. It heats up quickly like a gas stove and cooks evenly, much better then an electric range. We also have an additional gas burner on the grill located right outside the door by the kitchen. Included is a coffee grinder/french press/ electric stainless steel kettle to get that gourmet coffee up fast first thing in the morning. An essential when travelling! :) We also have a new LG washer/dryer available (shared with owners) with it's own private access from the studio.
