We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! It truly felt like a cozy home for us. The best part was its amazing location near the beach, which made our beach outings super convenient and fun. Parking was a breeze with plenty of spaces available at the nearby Co-op, allowing us to leave our car overnight without any worries. And can I just say, they provided us with everything we could have possibly needed! From a variety of utensils to cookware, it was like having our own little kitchen. Plus, the thoughtful touch of tea and coffee bags made our mornings extra special. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and we already miss the homely vibes of this place. I can't recommend it enough to anyone looking for a perfect getaway that feels just like home! 😊

We faced an issue with the hot water supply. Despite contacting the agents who manage the property during our weekend stay, the problem persisted. They suggested turning the valve, but it proved ineffective, leaving us with freezing cold water throughout our stay. This lack of hot water greatly disappointed us and detracted from our overall experience at the property.

Excellent location and was a home from home

if there’s was one minor thing , I would change shower to a larger head.

Flat was really warm, comfortable and well equipped. Cooking there was easy. We even played 'Who wants to be a Millionnaire?' (challenging as from 2003..!). Thank you.

*The key to the flat which was difficult to withdraw and got really stuck one time - it opened the flat door ok but was then almost impossible to remove. * I would have liked a recycling bin in the kitchen. (We recycled into a bag). * Personal preference is not to have air fresheners. (We came to Ventnor for natural fresh air!). So we just took the batteries out - no problem.

Possibly a washing machine would be a good addition. Litter collection needs to be improved, for the money I shouldn't worry how to dispose it.

Lots of extras in the room such as DVD's and the WII that allowed for a cheap night in aswell as being spacious and comfortable.

Not having a solid solution for rubbish. From our experience it is unusual to be asked to remove all rubbish from the site ahead of leaving. As long as all rubbish fits within the bin in the kitchen that should be enough.

It was self catering, very clean.

The lever on the tap in the bathroom was broken when we arrived. The window in the back bedroom was difficult to adjust. The window in the front bedroom didn’t open. The curtains in that room cut out all daylight. Lounge curtains had to be pulled to cut out street light.

, Lovely clean well presented and decorated well apartment. All was explained in welcome pack, and communication before we arrived with all necessary information was provided. The hosts definitely thought of all needs with fans , drying rails and all kitchen amenities provided, also highchair and travel cot. We will definitely be coming back after we have our baby as they thought of everything that holiday makers may need. Location was great near ventor beach, and local restaurants were very good. Also Co-op round the corner and tesco express near by.

Parking was a bit of a problem, but the hosts explained parking spots that were available in the guide. Also after 6pm could park outside apartment until 8am, and as we had days out planned pretty much every day this worked out fine for us. Also on the last night found the upstairs neighbours very loud with maybe just TV on however had to get out of bed, as thought the noise was coming from tv left on in our apartment. But not a big issue. As we were so tired from our last day out we knocked out.
