Nestled in Montauk, this lovely condo for $350 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This beautiful unit is located on the first floor and has everything you need. A pool on the grounds and the ocean directly across Old Montauk Highway. The bedroom has a queen sized bed that sleeps two and a dresser/closet for clothing storage. The living area features a cozy sectional sofa with a full sized, pull-out bed that sleeps 2 comfortably. Condo sleeps 4 maximum. Unit includes: -55" Smart TV w/cable -Linens and towels included -Full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, blender, pots, etc) -Air Conditioning and heat -Ceiling fans -Outdoor community charcoal grill (charcoal not included) -Parking spot for ONE vehicle ***Must be 25 years old to rent***

The condo was very clean, comfortable and very updated. We were able to check in early and had great communication with the property manager. The space had everything we needed for a weekend away.

For my wife and our 16 month old. Everything worked out perfectly. The location was great for us, a goldilocks zone. Just on the edge of town, not to close not to far . A short bike ride/walk only minutes away. Beach access across the street not to busy, but not desolate either. End unit with good parking, easy access with 2 entrances. All though slightly smaller bedroom we were just able to fit our portable crib and still enjoy the living area and deck while our boy slept. Host was very responsive to our needs during the stay and would highly recommend. Thank you!

A very comfortable stay! The condo is a beautiful modern space that was very clean and well maintained. The outside grounds and pool area are equally beautiful and well maintained. We had a wonderful time!

Me and my sis booked this condo over a month ago looking for a quiet respite from stress of daily living. This location provided all of that and more.
We loved the beautiful space. It was clean and decorated so nicely. The weather was cool and foggy so it wasn’t beach weather but the condo is a quick walk across the street and down a path to the beach. And we were able to stroll down and enjoy the sounds of the ocean.
Jamie was so kind and responsive to all of our questions and suggestions for local places to eat and drink. We had such a relaxing and wonderful time there.
I can’t wait to come back next year!!!

Jamie was an excellent host and very responsive when we had questions. Every inch of the little condo was so clean! It had everything you need- microwave, tv, wifi, porch view of the water, clean towels. We loved laying in bed and watching tv through the bedroom window! It felt like home for a few days. If you’re visiting Montauk- this is by far the place you should stay!

The ideal trifecta for a getaway: cute, cozy, and clean! My husband and I stayed a long weekend here, and it was such a good experience on every level. Immaculately clean and charming decor/setup. Terrific location very close to the beach, and minutes-drive to the little downtown and nearby all the beautiful state parks we wanted to visit. The host was very pleasant and responsive, too. We would definitely stay here again!

The description of this property needs one more title, "Absolutely" Gorgeous condo. This was our first time back in Montauk in about 15 years. We always used to come week after Labor Day but my wife became school teacher and kids started school so we couldn't go this time of year anymore.
My wife recently retired and this was family gift for her so I did research a came across this property. The condo is immaculate and has everything you need so don't overpack. Beautiful outdoor deck to watch sunrise in morning and enjoy the sound of the ocean directly across the street at night. The condo has pool as well on site.
The place is spotless clean and comfortable. Owner Jamie is such a pleasure to deal with and accommodated us with extra day we added. We will definitely be back and spread the word to family and friends. This is a hidden gem and we are so very happy we discovered it. Surrounding is so peaceful and town is so close you can walk. We brought our bikes out as well because they have bike rack located next to the condo.
If you want a peaceful relaxing getaway then we HIGHLY recommend this condo.

My friends and I had an amazing weekend staying here! Its in very short walking distance to the beach and short drive into town (could even walk if you wanted). The place was extremely clean, beds were very comfortable and Jamie was a gracious host. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect place than here :)

The communication with Jamie is incredible. We have stayed at several condos in Atlantic bluffs over the years and Jamie’s place surpassed all of them. Me and my husband went for a quick getaway to Jamie’s place. It was soooo clean and very quiet and tranquil. We didn’t want to go home. We usually bounce around from all hotels, but find they are all the same . This is in a class all of its own. I hope my schedule allows me to visit for another visit very soon. Thank you Jaime for an easy visit .

This property was in a nice location, close to the beach. It was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and prepare lunch for us and tour baby. It was clean and the owner was communicable and friendly. The only thing was there was construction happening on the property which was a bit noisy. Looks like they are adding onto the complex. I would definitely stay here again!

I booked this as a surprise weekend getaway for my husband’s birthday and everything was perfect. The condo was extremely neat and clean, exactly as pictured, and had everything we needed. The beach is just a short walk across the street which was the best part for us - super convenient and the beach was beautiful. Jaime was a pleasure and everything was seamless. Condo was beautiful, well maintained and super clean! We loved it and Jamie was a great host. So close to the beach and the village and a short drive to the lighthouse made our trip so much fun. Will rent again.

My son and I absolutely loved this property. The unit was gorgeous and well stocked with everything that we needed. The location was perfect with just a short walk across the highway to the beach, and in warmer months, we would have loved using the beautiful deck and the pool. Jamie was super responsive and helpful, and she provided great restaurant and shopping suggestions. Great Montauk memories!!
