This was a wonderful location for extended family to stay together and visit. Most bedrooms had their own bathrooms so it allowed privacy but still togetherness. Beautiful trees, stream off the back deck. Easy walking distance to town. Would come again!

Red lodge is always a great time! Maybe add a fire pit? Lol. Love the location, had a great time and we will be back for sure! We have stayed in this house before with family.

Lovely location, overlooking the river, and close to downtown. The townhouse is also very spacious, with a nice layout, providing guests with privacy and their own bathrooms. I would have given this a higher rating if it was cleaner and better maintained. There was hair in the drain, a dried-up contact lens on the floor, and the hot tub smelled of mildew. Two of the guests tried the hot tub anyway and both woke up with skin rashes. Several of the deck chairs were broken to the point they were unsafe to sit in, and the inside stairs had not been cleaned/vacuumed. Many of the candles also needed battery replacements and did not work. The garbage from the prior guests was still in the garage. This all unfortunately detracted from what would otherwise have been a really nice place to stay.

Beautiful condo for 4 adult couples - 3 en-suite kings and one hallway windowless queen. The condo faces west and is quite dark during the day but we’ll equipped and the rushing river is windows! Close to town, Yellowstone Park, and hiking. Don’t miss the drive up the Beartooth highway- the most beautiful road in the world.

Excellent house and location. Very quick walk to downtown. House is an excellent size and accommodated our party very nicely. We utilized all four bedrooms and never felt like things were crowded. The three king rooms upstairs are all very spacious and have their own bathrooms. Check in and check out were very easy. Owners were very responsive and accommodating when we had an unexpected change in our plans.

This townhouse was perfect for our group trip to Red Lodge! Kitchen and dining were big enough for all of us. Bedrooms were gorgeous and beds were really comfortable. There were 4 couples and it was nice that we all had our own space. We loved it!!

We also read reviews that the floors squeak to much, and yes they do but that is my only complaint about this whole place. We were out of a couple things and after I called they arrived within an hour. We slept with the windows open and fell asleep to the sound of the river.
The layout is as such, 3 king size bedrooms with on suites up stairs and a queen bedroom downstairs with a hall bath. That room is right off the kitchen with little windows at the top so the kitchen lights do shine in there.
So glad we rented this for the week. Amazing place, cute little town.
PS- make sure you go to the pig races in Bearcreek. Hilarious!

Very nice property. Impressed with separate bathrooms for every bedroom. Next to new and nicely decorated. Beautiful front row view of mountain brook. Minor annoyances such as empty propane tank for gas grill, cable/interent not working, some light bulbs and door stops missing. Not clear if there is a local managing agent.

Very lovely place, it needed some good cleaning and somethings were broke. But other than that our family loved our stay. It’s very close to town within walking distance which is awesome and the creek is a plus with the view of the mountains!

Nice place, but could use some improvements.
We had 7 adults and 2 children on this family weekend. The home is in a great location and check in is easy. Wish early check in (1.5 hours early) would have been available as I reached out to the local contact to start but was not provided, but my review scoring doesn't reflect that. Check out was easy too.
Kitchen: Nice big kitchen with decent appliances. Wish there could have been a few more supplies available. Fridge was quite slow in making ice, so had to go buy some.
Living Room/Dining Room: Living room had good seating with nice size TV. TV appears to be going out as there are vertical lines in the screen. Dining room had good size table. A few light bulbs out in the kitchen/living/dining room.
Hot tub: Arrived and tub was at 65 degrees and about 1/2 full. Was able to google how to heat the tub, but had to wait a day to get into it. When people got in the tub, being the tub was 1/2 full, it felt a bit weird. A lot of ants crawling on the hot tub and entering the water. Hot tub top is broken and is difficult to take off and put back on.
Bedrooms: 3 out of the 4 bed sheets were stained/dirty when we went to bed the first night. I attempted to contact the local contact around 11pm, but didn't hear back until the next morning so we ended up sleeping on towels so we didn't have to sleep on the stains. Cleaners showed up the next day and replaced all of the bed sheets and I was given ≈7% refund. Two of the couples mentioned they had issues getting the TVs to work - but it very well could have been user error.
Bathrooms: Bathrooms were nice in size. It would have been nice to have amenities such as shampoo and conditioner. Only body wash in the showers and hand soap at the sinks were provided, so had to go to store to buy some. There were no garbage cans in the bathrooms, so you would have to bring the trash downstairs to the kitchen. Asked the cleaning company for a few more towels, which they provided.
Other: Very squeaky floors and doors upstairs. People who are sleeping were often woke up by someone walking in the hallway. Front door would not close 50% of the time as the handle/lock would get stuck inside the door. Back deck door was difficult to open and close as well.
Conclusion: I rated this as an "average" stay as I wouldn't consider it to be "good" or "excellent". I would be willing to stay here again, but improvements would likely have to be made.
