Nice, centrally located place close to shopping centers, supermarkets, and restaurants. About 3 km walking distance to the Mayan ruins and approximately 1.5 km to the bus station.
Although the hotel is nice and centrally located, it needs some maintenance, especially the rooftop swimming pool. The hotel has an agreement with a neighboring hotel for breakfast services. Although the breakfast was acceptable, it was noticeable that the options were reduced each day. On the first and second days, there was a small open buffet, but this was removed on the third day, and the availability of toast or bread was reduced almost every day.

So many trees and plants in the lobby and fantastic daiquiri at the sky bar.
They were so kind and allowed us to leave our luggage prior checking in and also checking out, lending towels and anything we need even before our stay.

Nice room with balcony open to non-maintained jungle with open (non-swimming) cenote. Easy access to downtown central area 10-15 minutes walk. Very polite staff!
Poor internet (non-functioning or super slow); sad to say no-hot water. In winter holiday be good to at least warm not stone cold shower! Pool area lounge equipment tattered and non-inviting.
