The owner could not be more helpful and friendly. The unit is stocked with everything you need, the A/C was great, the location is a short drive to 2 decent beaches, and the vibe of condo & neighbors is warm and inviting. We actually used the amenities quite a bit (tennis court, pool, grassy field, parking spot, office). My only suggestion is to put up blackout curtains or install better windows--to block the bright light and noises that came every morning. Overall, a great stay in a unit perfectly sized and equipped for >4 guests.

Roger had great communication. Place had all we needed for our family of 4. We did not use the separate studio, but did take advantage of umbrellas, boogie boards and coolers. Very casual place.

The property was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool, mango trees, and coffee on the balcony. The oceanfront office was great! We saw turtles in the water every time we were there. Roger was a great host! Very responsive! We would definitely stay again.

We had the best time ever! Location was perfect, the layout of the condo fit our needs great, the owners were very accommodating and friendly, they communicated very well. We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely come back to this spot. Thank you!!

The property was exactly as described, easy to find, and contained convenient amenities for cooking in. Also, very close to the beaches and other local stores/restaurants. And the office…well, I guess you just had to be there (to see the most spectacular sunset ever). Roger was responsive throughout the process. Glad I rebooked to stay again on my trip!

Our family of four had a fine time at this rental, however I have to admit the pictures are a bit deceiving. Although the property is more dated than I expected, it was clean. Rodger was lovely, very communicative and helpful. Our kids love to swim, however the pool was frigid. The deck was a nice place to sit in the morning and evenings.

Roger is a great host. He is very prompt to respond and the communication was great. The condo is in a nice location and is easily accessible along the western Maui shoreline. The bathroom and lighting in the condo is a bit dated, but apart from that a good place to stay while in Maui. Thanks Roger.

Our stay was amazing & comfortable. The condo was clean and welcoming. Great location with so much to nearby. The sea side cabana was great for watching whales and sunset in the evenings !! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing I will say is the neighbours didn’t love having renters around. Although we met some great people at the seaside cabana in the evenings.

The property was exactly what you would expect from the listing. Roger, the manager was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire experience. Giving us ideas of what to do before we arrived and assisting us with anything that was needed while we were there. Would definitely go back again!!
