We parked at the Ashton trailhead, less than 2 miles from the condo, and enjoyed riding our bikes on the trail. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen, the washer and dryer, and the beach chairs. To keep the condo cooler, keep the blinds closed and make use of the fan. It was a quiet place to stay. And the host was very responsive and accommodating. Enjoyed our time there.

Everything from questions before renting to the actual stay was great. Bea was always quick to respond to questions. The unit is nicely equipped and right sized for two people.
You get your own parking spot right next to the unit. There’s a fun water view where we watched osprey, ducks, an otter/muskrat, and cardinals every morning.
We took advantage of the kitchen and made all our breakfasts and most dinners in unit. It was fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils. The screened porch made it nice to enjoy morning coffee and watch the sunset. The bedroom has a king size bed and ample closet and storage space. The mattress is very firm which could be an issue for some folks.
The location was perfect for us. A quick 10 minute drive to Siesta Key or downtown Sarasota. Centrally located for say trips to Clearwater or Fort Myers areas.
The on location pool was a bonus. We always met folks there to chat with and enjoy a swim and sun.
If you’re a Tesla driver there’s a supercharger 5 minutes away with 9 bays. Always had an open slot.
We would happily stay here again and can’t wait to explore more of Sarasota.

The bed was so high off the floor that my wife could not get in it and chose to sleep on the couch that was so soft she had back pain for the whole week. We also found mold on the baseboard in the bathroom and right outside the bathroom. This is not good for people with allergies. In addition, there are no grab bars in the bath tub area to assist in getting in and out for the safety of the renter. Also, there are no towel bars to hold wet towels. It is too bad because the condo was the perfect size and centrally located to many attractions. If the bed was easy to get into and no mold we would rent this exact unit again because the view from the living room was just beautiful. It is just too bad that my wife had a back ache for the whole week we rented.

Great place to stay!
Super easy check-in process. Very clean property. Extra thoughtful amenities included such as tea, coffee, mints, cookies, etc. Right next to the pool. Minutes from Siesta Key. Across the street from Publix and other amenities. Would definitely stay again!

Ok for the price
Overall an ok experience for our first stay in Sarasota. Condo was much too far from main part of city and beach for our leisure. Condo much smaller than expected, but very tidy and clean. Had to climb stairs which made it very difficult for my handicap husband. Handicap parking was always taken by a vehicle with no handicap license plate or tag. No plug in the tub to take baths, but lots of clean towels and linens. Nice to have floats and umbrellas to use on the beach and the grill for when we decided to cook. Thought we had a straight on view of lake, but did not. Condo is well kept, but we will not be staying here again. For the most part, enjoyed the stay.

While small, this condominium featured a great location in south Sarasota generally 3 - 5 miles from any tourist destination. Siesta Key beach just a quick trip across the bridge, downtown Sarasota & St Armand's Circle and public golf courses are all easy drives away. Condominium was outfitted well in a nice, well maintained community with a heated pool. We looked out onto a small lake every morning. If you are seeking a Fido friendly , short term vacation rental, this is the place.

You Get What You Pay For
The first unit I was placed in was shoddy, paint peeling off the walls, old and stained furniture and mold growing on the aircon unit, no door on the bedroom. I asked to be moved to another unit.
Then I was placed in a much better unit, newly rennovated, new furniture and everything functioned as it should. The second property was okay, the first certainly was not.
I can say that the team was responsive to my emails, and I appreciated that.

Clean and conveniently located
Small, but yet conveniently located condo near to many restaurants, beaches and shops. The home was very cozy and equipped with all the necessary items during your stay. The home also included your personal grill and a patio that faced a very relaxing lake. If you enjoy watching cranes and other birds, you will certainly love staying here.

The building are old BUT
When we came into the condo we were happily surprised. It is very clean, the appliances look new. The floors are laminate and the wall colors are warm. The pool was wonderful and very quiet.
I will certainly go back. Thank you for accommodating us with a first floor.

Cute, clean place, very nice host!
Cute, clean place located closes to everything from Siesta Key to St. Armonds Square. The owner was awesome from the time we booked until the time we left. We had our luggage delivered to our spot and couldn’t be there to receive it. So Beya even hung out and waited for it so we had it when we returned. Would definitely rent again for our next visit. Beya answered all our inquiries with a few hours or less.

This condo was perfect for our small family! It was very clean on arrival and everything was in working order. We loved the screened in balcony and the location of the condo. The pool is nice and it was extremely easy to check in and out. Thank you for everything!

Best vacation
The condo was excellent! The location was great!! We really love this place. The kitchen has everything you need and even more, the place is very peaceful and beautiful. We stayed with a baby girl and we really enjoy it, we would come back without hesitating!
