Private residence equipped with everything you need for your week at the beach...coolers, tent, beach chairs, stand-up paddle board, kayak, umbrella, towels, fully stocked with all paper goods (tissue, towels, trash bags, plates & cutlery), soaps, laundry supplies, kitchen food staples, coffee & filters, spices galore. All you need to bring is food and beverage. Each spacious bedroom has a sliding door to verandas overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Main floor has 1 queen room with ensuite bath and 1 king room with adjoining bath. Living area has ample seating for watching flat screen tv, plus dining table that seats 8+. Kitchen has island seating and is furnished with an abundance of quality cookware, cutlery, glassware, spices and just about anything you can think of. Laundry room has newer washer & dryer that make laundry a breeze. Upstairs has master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, and a queen room with sleeper sofa that has a queen mattress just steps from the bath. Upstairs living area provides comfortable seating for watching the flat screen tv, or enjoying morning coffee/afternoon cocktails from the breakfast bar with mini-fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. High-speed internet and DirecTV with sports and Max. All rooms have TVs with Firestick. Each bath is appointed with hair dryer, make-up mirror, soaps, shampoo, and plenty of towels. Ground level provides a ramp to access the main floor, plus a fish cleaning station, hot & cold open shower, Weber kettle grill and ample parking under the house and in the paved driveway. Wide verandas are lined with Adirondack chairs and picnic tables. For your beach adventures, we have two kayaks, stand-up paddle board, a Nesa tent, and chairs. No extra fees. All you need is your suitcase and food and spirits...we have all the rest. Really. This is our personal residence, so great care is taken with furnishings and maintenance. We are local, so quick to respond to any issues. Absolutely no pets and no smoking, please.
