Everything was amazing! The house was beautiful and clean. The decor was unique and fun but not overly loud or obnoxious. The location was perfect

We needed a little get away to relax and rejuvenate. Our stay with our four grown kids and nephew was wonderful. The home is very spacious and clean in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The owner was very helpful with suggestions to the area and quick to respond to questions. My husband and boys even went golfing one morning before it was too hot. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this beautiful home for 4th of July 2018. Stayed 4 nights with another family, total of 8 people. 4 adults, two teens and two younger children. There was more than enough room for all of us. The loft was perfect for the kids, they were out of the way and had a great time up there. The master bedroom was huge with a living room seperated by a wall. If you needed you can have more people sleep on the couch bed. The 2nd bedroom was at the other end of the house so it was very private for two couples. The back yard was very nice and relaxing looking out onto the golf course and pond. There is a little view of lake Havasu as well. We all had a great time here and both of us said we would come back. We can’t say enough about how beautifly decorated the house is, Very stunning. We enjoyed our stay. We had two families and the double masters worked out great. Kory was very responsive and helpful. The location was just a quick 10 minutes to the boat launch. I would definitely stay here or at another of his properties.

This home was perfect for our extended family of 10 to enjoy the Labor Day holiday weekend in Lake Havasu. It was a nice/tranquil escape from the busy lake and has beautiful views of the golf course. After our busy day on the lake, the cousins had plenty of room to hang out in the large loft and the adults enjoyed sitting out by the pool and entertaining in the open kitchen/living room floor plan. The kitchen was well equipped and the linen closet was stocked full of everything you needed for a party of 10. The home was definitely decorated with love and is very cozy. Kory was a pleasure to work with and responded quickly to all my emails and questions. We will definitely try and come again to enjoy another family getaway. We had the privileged of staying at this beautiful home. The view off the golf course was amazing. The master bedroom is decorated so beautifully and HUGE. It's its own private oasis. The second bedroom is great as it's tucked away for some added privacy, but the favorite part was the loft. Our girls just LOVED it up there and had so much room to play and enjoy their time. Add that to the great floor plan on the main floor that allows for perfect entertaining with the open kitchen and huge patio for the pool! It's a must stay!

We LOVED this home. Loved the location, loved the decorating, and loved the view! Has all the amenities needed and owners couldn't be more kind. GREAT home for families and couples and really can't say enough good things about it. Thanks Kory and Traci for sharing your home with us!

I like to swim daily laps in a pool. I only went into this pool 3 times during our 3 month stay. 72 golf balls in the yard during that time 2 balls just missed me. Balls also just missed our friends, one who was a baby. They put some netting up, just not enough. Someone also dropped off a key in our mailbox. Did they come into the house while we were staying there? We don't know... Wasn't what we were looking for, wouldn't stay there again. The rent has also gone up tremendously!
