This warm and inviting, newly renovated townhome offers three tastefully decorated bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two creekside facing decks! **Professionally cleaned and pleased to offer contactless check-in! The master bedroom is very spacious and has a king bed with comfortable linens, two closets and large private en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has two sinks, a deep soaking tub and a walk-in shower. This bedroom also has a door to an outdoor seating area, a wonderful place to enjoy your coffee creek side in the morning. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath. The third bedroom is set with two twins beds and is connected to the guest bathroom. The fully equipped and high-end kitchen offers top of the line appliances and amenities. It has absolutely everything you will need for any meal you have planned. There is a delightful selection of cookware and serving ware. The dining area adjoins the kitchen, with a beautiful dining table for six and room for two more at the kitchen bar. Plenty of room for your group to gather and enjoy a home cooked meal together. The open floor plan creates a living space that connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen together. The cozy couches are situated around the gas fireplace where you can warm cold toes after a successful day of adventures on the mountain. There is a flat screen television with cable plus a DVD player. The wonderful thing about the living room is the abundant light flowing and the incredible view. Out on the connected deck you will find a gas barbecue grill and seating where you can enjoy the calming sounds of the bustling creek below. Avon and Beaver Creek offer amazing skiing, hiking and mountain biking on nearby trails. There is fishing, horseback riding, rafting, golf nearby and a hot tub available for use after to soak tired muscles. Canyon Run is the premier location and the perfect place to call home base on your next destination vacation! THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Beaver Creek properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances. The condo is great, a short walk to the BC Gondola and town. The unit was perfect for our group with enough room for everyone to spread out and a well stocked kitchen. The check was simple and communication with the host was great. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking Eagle Creek at the end of the day as an added bonus.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time. The condo was exactly as described. Beds were comfortable, plenty of room for all of us, and kitchen had plenty of spices and cooking essentials. Before our arrival, I emailed host and asked if they had any games, since we have a yearly tradition of playing Monopoly and other games on our yearly ski trip. They replied there were no games at the condo... but, to my surprise, when we arrived, there were brand new games on the dining table, including Monopoly. What a nice and caring touch! It was close to grocery store, restaurants, and the gondola at Westin Resort. I would definitely recommend this condo !

Our group of 5 enjoyed the accommodations. Nice layout with two bedrooms and laundry downstairs and one modified office space bedroom upstairs with slider doors and blinds for privacy. Nice sized living area with a well-appointed kitchen. We were a few steps from the bus stop which made accessing skiing fairly easy. The ride up was much quicker than the end of day ride home based on the bus route. A walk from the Westin would’ve been much quicker. There was easy walking access to a nice trail along the creek for a morning walk before starting the day. It was quiet even though it was a lower unit. We watched a moose out the back windows munching on a tree branch. The unit had everything we needed for a long weekend with friends. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Perfect Apartment
This was a perfect location for us. We were visiting family in Avon and we were only 5 minutes from everything. Also perfectly located from the sightseeing we did in Vail & Breckinridge with hiking trails and beautiful views

Everything in the listing was accurate. 4 beds accommodated a family of 5. Kitchen was well stocked. Bus stop right outside condo. Main microwave did not work (so no venting over stove) but there was a second smaller one. 5 minute drive into Beaver Creek Village.

Nice, spacious condo, we really enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed. Great location, ~10 minute walk to the gondola.

Great Place
We rented this place for a sibling trip get-a-way and it was a great place to stay. Close to the bus stop and the Westin. Walking distance to most everything. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Disclaimer: the dishwasher is not the best so we had to end up hand washing most everything when we left. Although not a big deal! It was freezing while we were there (-3-10 degrees) and the condo stayed nice and warm. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

We've stayed at many different locations around Vail. We are happy we chose to stay in Avon. This property had everything is said it would. It was nice to actually have some useful supplies to cook meals. The little things mean a lot. Thank you for helping us have a home away from home. We definitely would want to stay here again in the future.

Quick Getaway
Perfect spot for a quick ski weekend. I was up there with my wife and five year old. We hit the mountain three days and it was easily accessible through a short walk to the Westin Gondola. I would highly recommend.

Great riverfront condo
We really enjoyed this home on the riverfront, as it was very well designed and decorated. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the mountains during the summer.

Great overall experience!
I would highly recommend this condo unit and property owner to anyone. The condo was nice, spacious, and located as close as you can be to Beaver Creek resort. The property owner was very accommodating and really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.
