Our spacious 1,500 square foot suite is the only beach-front penthouse available for rent at the prestigious Beach Villas Resort in Ko Olina and the only privately rentable condo with panoramic ocean views from every room.

Our two bedroom, two bath penthouse is within fifty yards of the water’s edge and offers panoramic ocean views. It features three spacious lanais and a gourmet kitchen designed by Hawaii’s renowned chef Roy Yamaguchi. 2008 construction, featuring natural woods, granite and marble, enhance your feeling of total luxury.

Breathtaking view of Pacific Ocean from all rooms. Photos do not capture how stunning it is. Makes you not want to leave the villa to explore the island when there is that amazing view to enjoy! Check in through check out exceeded expectations and the property was very nice. In close proximity from other hotels for dining, close to the marina for ocean excursions. Owners provide extras like beach chairs and a wagon to carry them down to the beach. Well stocked kitchen. Had a great experience, thank you! We would love to come back and were sad to leave!

What a great property to vacation. We definitely want to return. Made a quick stop at store for food and coffee and were able to make several meals at the condo. All utensils were available for use. They also have several nice BBQ grills outside that were cleaned daily by staff. You can’t visit Hawaii and spend all of your time in your room, but this condo was so nice we spent every evening on the Lanai watching the sun drop and enjoying the ocean sounds. 5 stars!
