Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet. We loved the house. Nice kitchen, had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again.

For the most part we loved the house. The master bedroom and bath are amazing! The view is beautiful. The kitchen is great. We seen dolphin swim by us within 5 minutes of being there. We alo received a text saying we could check in a little early at no extra cost. All of this was awesome. We were very comfortable there but we do feel the place needs a little more upkeep. The dishwasher did not work, the pool was cold and a little dirty, the grills dont work, the hot tub is not heated or for the guests, the bathroom door knob off the laundry room fell off everytime we used it. Seen many dead bugs, but at least they were dead. No screens on the windows and the screen door off the master bedroom was broke. The shower heads all could use a good cleaning. No laundry soap was provided. This place has a great potential to be absolutely amazing if it is kept up!

I was really excited about booking this end of summer trip with my family. . When booking our trip, a nice pool was a must. The pool was the main reason we got this place. When we got there, the pool was filthy! You couldn't see the bottom of it. I immediately reached out to Vacasa and they filed a ticket to have someone come by to clean it. 90 minutes later, I reached out again. They informed that since it was Friday, it would take some time to have someone come out. Mind you, I brought my two nieces age 6 and 8 who actually wore there swimsuits during the drive because they wanted to jump in right when we got there.
It wasn't until 7:30 PM when someone showed up. I was informed by him that this wasn't a cleaning project. He said a pipe broke 2 days ago and he had to fix it. I was shocked that they knew this pipe broke two days ago but they decided to fix it during my stay only after advising them the pool was dirty. Having to deal with two crying nieces, we waited patiently while the fixed it. Two hours later and two more maintenance people showing up, we were finally able to enjoy our pool after 10 PM. As any normal guest who paid a good amount of money to enjoy ALL the amenities of a rental, I reached out to Vacasa asking if I can get a partial refund. I didn't get any response from the property manager. Needless to say, I would not be renting from this place again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this house and the view is the best! We saw dolphins swim across almost every morning. There were a couple of issues but the host was quick to respond back and assured it would be taken care of.

This house is spacious, with plenty of space in a variety of rooms. The appliances are top notch. While some of the furniture may be a little with worn or lumpy, over all this was a very comfortable stay. The Vacasa staff in town was quite helpful.

This house is amazing. The kitchen is huge and well equipped. The dolphins play just off of the deck every day. Only a couple of blocks from Port Isabel Lighthouse and causeway. Perfect location.

I loved that we had immediate response when I had concerns. Please put new sofas, and have them professionally cleaned. Fix door knobs, pool lights and warped floor. A floor crown molding popped up because it warped more. Is the house shifting?

By far the best house we have stayed in near the ocean. The pictures don't do it justice. Very big. 4 separate air condition units keep the house ice cold! The Decor is older style. But over all a great house!

This house had a creepy vibe to it. Heard weird noises in the first room to the right. One of the guest was woken up at 3am to legs being pulled. House also stated it slept 8 people and the air mattress would deflate. Guest ended up sleeping in the floor. We had a hard time getting a hold of the owner because the garage door was not working. When we finally did he said he would have maintenance come and “fix it” they never did. We had to manually open the garage door every time to get the car in and out. The pool /patio lights were not working. The house had a lot of roaches. Will not stay here again.

The cracks along the bulkhead (at least 30' high) holding up the pool is a little concerning as the neighbors continue to have eroding property that does not help the situation. Overall, a great place to stay but concerning to see such a beautiful home deteriorate.

The house is situated in a great location! The inside of the house is beautiful, but the outside needs a little TLC. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Loved the architecture of the home, but glad did not have to worry about young children or older adults. Some tiles outside were broken along with beautiful mosaic table pictures by the pool.

This was an amazing experience for my family of 6, in location, views, things to do, and accommodations. All the pros of SPI, with mainland costs. The house was huge, peaceful, and welcoming. We sat outside in the amazing backyard overlooking the water as much as humanly possible. The pelicans, teens, gulls, and dolphins were welcome entertainment. House had enough dishes, cooking utensils, and soooo many fluffy towels ready for us. Beautiful artwork and light panels... the master bdrm and waking up to the ocean every morning was perfect.
We had an issue with trash piled up in the outside bin that had not been taken out, but management was very friendly, helpful, and attentive when we called, giving us the days when trash is picked up and even offering to do a special pickup before trash day. Manager sent an email and even called to check in. We did not get to speak to him, but his efforts at communicating with us were noted.
This was a welcome reprieve for us and our 4 kids. We may have just found our summer vacation house! :)

The house had a great view. We drank our morning coffee and watched the dolphins swim by. The master bedroom and bathroom is amazing. There was plenty of everything that we needed. We will be back next year. Absolutely love it.

The property has a beautiful view, we watched dolphins swim every morning and evening. Location is fantastic. The house itself was not great. If the owners would do regular upkeep and maintenance that is needed it would be a fantastic property. Part of the pool area was blocked off by caution tape because of what appears to be a foundation problem, the pool was empty soon arrival so we just went ahead and filled it ourselves. There is a lot of fun other however it’s old furniture and it’s not the most comfortable furniture. It has light switches everywhere some are labeled some are not. We counted 19 switches in one room. The kitchen water never got hot but all other sinks and showers did. The cooking supplies like pots pans plates are there however it’s very minimal. Some of the pans the non stick is peeling so you can’t use them unless you don’t mind getting it in your food. Both grills were a bit sketchy nothing outside was very clean we had to clean everything before using and that stuff also was very minimal. We did see cockroaches in the garage didn’t see any in the house however there is gaps between the doors and the floor so I wouldn’t say there isn’t any. It had a musty smell to it. And the front door knob does NOT work it just falls apart. We will not be back to this property which is unfortunate cuz at one point in its life it would have been a beautiful stunning property and location!! It needs some tender loving care!! Simple things that could be addressed and things if they would have been addressed rite away would have saved the property. We were told the owners just don’t want to stick money into it. The pool pump and filter system also had a major leak so so had to run the hose while we ran the pump. Pool heater also no longer works it was completely rusted out. The photos of the property in the add are not recent photos!!

Really enjoyed our stay. Home was not ready at 4, and when we came back at 6 the kitchen was poorly cleaned and the master suite hadn't been vacuumed. Wifi and cable were an issue 4 of the 7 days. They came out and helped us, but it was still a problem as I was working from the house. The patio needs serious repair in several areas and mosaic table and seats were destroyed and laying in the shrubs.Overall it was a pleasant stay. Lots of room, comfortable beds, amazing kitchen.
