The location is very close to the port, so it's perfect if you want to take a ferry.

Difficult to park in the neighborhood, the location is in the city center - for some it may be an advantage, for us it was a bit too loud (party in the street).

Great location, walking distance to most things and bus stop to everywhere just a couple of minutes away. Never felt unsafe. Apartment ihad everything we needed, comfy bed, air con in the bedroom (,cools down the whole apartment) and really quiet (despite being so central). Check in and check out was easy.

The steps where challenging,, especially with a heavy suitcase. Might be easier with several smaller bags rather than one heavy one.

The location is in a sketchy area with really weird people around and the stairs is really bad with no elevator.

I appreciate that the apartment owner Maria sent the accurate check-in information early in advance. So one could plan in advance and doesn't lose "vacation time" by communications back and forth. The apartment is full of beautiful art work. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. One could walk in 5 - 10 minutes to the nice "Venetian" area of town with many restaurants.

The location/area of the apartment is horribly bad, when it's late at night. One could see quite some things, when one looks out of the window late at night. I definitely do NOT think it's dangerous because there are frequent police patrols ("polizia" and "carabinieri" - both) and the people, who hang out in the small alleys, are too occupied to mind their own business.
