These cottages are undoubtedly the best value on Captiva Island, offering an outstanding waterfront location and clean, comfortable interiors at a bargain price. They are perfect for extended-stay couples, naturalists, and larger families and groups (rent several cottages). Smart TVs ( 50 inches or larger) are located in both the living room and bedroom of the cottage! Captiva Cottages provides beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for your day at the beach! Parking is limited to one car. The dock is now available for use at $75 per night. All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.
