The cottages are ground-level for easy access, and the shops, restaurants, and activities of the Captiva Village are about one minute’s walk. These cottages are undoubtedly the best value on Captiva Island, offering an outstanding waterfront location and clean, comfortable interiors at a bargain price. They are perfect for extended-stay couples, naturalists, and larger families and groups (rent several cottages). Cottage 7 has an additional living room and dining room area for a spacious setting to enjoy !! Smart TVs ( 50 inches or larger) are located in both the living room and bedroom of the cottage! Captiva Cottages provides beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for your day at the beach! Parking is limited to one car. The dock is now available for use at $75 per night. All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms. Policies include but are not limited to credit card/debit card convenience fees and cancellation fees.
