The accomodation is very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The code access to the property was easy to use. The decor is stylish and the accomodation is of a high standard. The suggested Fruit Market car park is easily accessible (15m walk) and offers a very good rate for week end parking. The regenerated Fruit Market area is close by and has some excellent restaurants.

Bare in mind that even in winter you will hear the noise of local pubs/clubs and late night revellers especially at the weekend. The self closing doors (which are obviously needed in the non-manned property) also bang loudly, the sound of which also goes right through the property.

Very good location for nightlife. Staff quick to contact on the phone when we had an issue with the code to our room. Spacious room with comfy bed.

Could hear a lot of noise from the street, but we wanted a hotel close to the nightlife so took it on the chin. Expensive for the amenities available. Rooms quite dark.

The property was clean and well decorated. The bathrooms were spacious and the showers were good. The kitchen had some useful features. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. Plenty of amenities nearby

The property is exceptionally noisy from the bar below, there was very loud music into the small hours The sofa bed in the living area was horrifically uncomfortable, it felt unsafe and was very creaky every time you moved slightly in the bed. There was not enough towels for all guests and there was no extra bedding
