Includes free parking, janitor and security guard 24/7. The P.H. Quartier del Mar is a residential complex with a tower, made up of 34 floors or floors of which there are 8 levels of parking, 25 floors of apartments and on level 9 is the semi-covered pool, meeting area and free gym. The building has 2 independent elevators and has a 24-hour security checkpoint with two guards. Our headquarters are located in its lobby, as well as a small cafeteria at the entrance. The neighborhood is quiet, very close to Calle 50. Nearby restaurants, various supermarkets, pharmacy, bus stops, front row views of the sea, pelican and seabird watching. Very close to Panama La Vieja to visit the ruins and Parque Omar to go for a walk and play sports outside. Located in an access to Costa del Este, international airport and the center of Panama.

The apartment itself was as advertised. The views are spectacular and the apartment itself is more than comfortable and roomy. We never felt crowded. Security was excellent and the property is well located. There were a couple of negatives. There was no hot water and not all the stove burners worked. Also, it would be nice is some basic cooking items (salt, cooking oil, spices) were available Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives

If a great view is important to you, this is the place. It’s accommodating easily a family of 4. Washer and dryer helpful. Uber to old city, Panama Canal, mall, and fish market for as little as $2.50. The only ride over $10 was to the airport. It was $15.00. This is not touristy. Brush up a little on your Spanish to communicate. Always felt safe and welcomed.

Great location. Pictures are accurate. Price is good. I do not except the condo to be fully stocked, but not even 1 roll of toilet paper, 3 towels and wash cloth for a family of 6 was harsh. A couple of spiders and ants. No hot water.

Very modern and well decorated apartment, but what make the difference is the stunning view from the 32th floor, over downtown Panama City and the sea.
