About this condo rental
Located in Wildwood, this attractive condo for $464 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. We like to get to know our guests. Tell us a little bit about your group or family when requesting to book. ***We rent only to families and mature groups over 27**** *** The primary renter must be staying for the duration of the trip.*** ***NO EXCEPTIONS. No proms, graduations, college students, seniors week or parties*** Perfect location for a family vacation! This spacious, 1650 sq. ft. unit screams BEACH! 2.5 blocks to the beach, boardwalk and a drive-on beach entrance. Walking distance to the convention center and many of the most popular restaurants and amusements including mini golf and ice cream! All the comforts of home in this open concept and tastefully decorated condominium. It is meticulously maintained and professionally cleaned in between guests. Central air, cable TV, wifi, a Mac computer, smart tv/dvd players and a grill are just a few of the amenities. Our kitchen has gadgets galore and plenty of dishes for the entire family. Small appliances include a toaster, coffee maker (you can brew a full pot or it has an individual cup side that will take a pod) , electric tea kettle, blender, hand mixer, kitchenaid mixer, crock pot, nutri-bullet and a waffle iron. Truly a complete kitchen! In addition there is a dishwasher, an ice maker in the refrigerator and a full size washer and dryer in the unit. This vacation home comfortably sleeps 8 in four bedrooms with room for 2 more on the sleep sofa. There are three full baths (one of which is part of the master bedroom ensuite). The private exterior entrance to the lower level bedroom, (which has its own full bath) makes it a perfect in-law set up with no stairs to get into this area! There is a built in gate at the top of the stairs to help keep your little travelers safe. This home offers off street parking for 3 cars depending on size of vehicles ( one in a garage). We have a beautiful deck area with newer furniture and seating for eight; a wonderful place to spend your quiet mornings sipping coffee or a relaxing evening after putting the little ones to bed! This unit was recently professionally painted, new carpets were installed in the main area and there are some newer furniture pieces including a lovely dining table with seating for eight. There are also two seats at the kitchen island. Beach equipment is available for your use (cart, wagon, umbrellas, chairs and boogie boards) as well as two wagons to pull the little people in on the boardwalk and three umbrella strollers. In addition, there are multiple bikes (adult and child size) for your island adventures! Even more important, safety comes first in this key-less entry condo. An individual code is programmed, given to your party and is activated for your check in time. The code is deleted after your check out time. No worries that the key has been duplicated and someone may have access to the unit during your stay; also no worries about losing keys! In addition, entry ways are monitored by video. A quieter one way street completes the package. Please note: Linens are not provided. There are bedspreads, blankets and pillows available for use. No Smoking and no pets. BED SIZES - Reminder: Sheets and towels are not provided. There are several rental places on the island. Master bedroom - Queen - New Pillow top mattress 2nd bedroom - Queen 3rd bedroom - (2) twins or with a conversion kit (provided) one king 4th bedroom - located down stairs - Full Sleep sofa in living room - Queen ** Please note that bikes, beach equipment and baby equipment are used at your own risk.

We booked our stay over the Labor Day weekend to celebrated my daughters 16th birthday on the Jersey Shore and everything was perfect. Plenty of room for 6 teenagers plus the birthday girls parents. Didn’t drive the entire time we were there as the house is close to everything 6 teenagers and us parents wanted to see and do. I highly recommend this property.

Location is in a quiet neighborhood and home is clean and extremely well equipped. We took advantage of using the supplied beach carts and wagons - very helpful for getting to the beach. Beth is great at communicating (text, emails, phone) - very responsive and provides all the details to ensure you enjoy your stay (even having delicious fresh bagels delivered our 1st morning). Pictures of the home are accurate. We loved being close enough to walk to many restaurants and the boardwalk.

My family and I stayed here with our 3 children, 2 nieces and Mother in law - (a total of 8 people). We unfortunately arrived during a black-out when everyone including the boardwalk, surrounding homes and businesses were out of power. Beth was so accommodating leaving us several portable lanterns with fans attached to keep us cool and as comfortable as possible. She also kept us updated throughout the day and night advising when power should be restored. Thankfully, it came back while we were sleeping and Beth was incredibly generous offering a partial refund towards our first night. This goes beyond hospitality as owners are not responsible or required to do this. Furthermore the home had everything you could possibly need including wagon(s), strollers, beach carts, boogie boards (13) bikes, beach accessories, several games, appliances and all the accommodations one would need to host a large family. I especially appreciated the safety features and gates as I have a small child. No need to bring a stroller, high chair or pack n play. They have it all. It was also a very pleasant surprise waking up to fresh delivered bagels our first morning. The Boardwalk is close and a short walk w/a corner store outside the unit and Family Dollar along the way. My 71 year old Mother in law loved the room downstairs. She had a full bath and exit from the unit without going up steps. We had such a wonderful time, our kids and guests didn’t want to leave. Thank you :)

We had the most wonderful stay at Sandy Shorts! We had a group of 6 and an infant and fit very comfortably with room to spare! The hosts were more than generous and made sure we knew everything that would make our stay easy! We would 100% rent this place again. Quick/short walk to boardwalk/beach!

Great place and great location just a few blocks off the boardwalk. The place has everything you need (bikes, beach wagons, beach toys, grill, etc..) which we took advantage of. Beth was great to work with and we would definitely book this place again next time we go to Wildwood.

The home is excellent and extremely well stocked. If the listing or hosts says something will be available, trust it will be.
The location was great. While it wasn't beach block, the walk was easy and it was wonderful not having to find and pay for parking to go to the boardwalk, for ice cream or for dinner.
Beth, the host, was excellent at communicating before during and after our stay. So friendly. Our security deposit return was super quick as well.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this rental.

We had a wonderful stay at Sandy Shorts! It had everything we needed. We were greeted with a basket filled with items like toothbrushes, laundry detergent, paper towels etc…… all the things you need, but may have forgotten. We also were happily surprised to have bagels and cream cheese delivered to us on our first morning there, courtesy of Beth and Kevin.
With just a short walk to the boardwalk and a garage stocked with everything you need (bikes, beach chairs, wagons), it made our stay that much more enjoyable. We are looking forward to returning!

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a basket of necessities…toothbrushes, toilet paper, paper towels etc. For breakfast the next morning, we were surprised by bagels and cream cheese from the hosts. The whole place is nicely equipped and we especially enjoyed the covered front porch and 3 parking spots. The location is great for doing boardwalk things but be ready for a workout getting to the water as the beach is very wide. Thank you, for being wonderful hosts!

Everything I hoped for and more
This was only the second time I had ever done a vacation rental in this fashion. I was so wonderfully surprised by the accommodations and the thoughtfulness of my hosts. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone that wants a great proximity to the convention center, the beach and the boardwalk. Our hosts provided so much more than I expected and my guest were beyond pleased.

The owners left complete instructions and all switches and fixtures were labeled. In addition, and very important on my checklist is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. This place is immaculate and more beautiful than the photos. You can tell there is pride in the ownership of Sandy Shorts. My family and I had a spectacular time and would definitely come back.

This house was picture perfect for my family’s vacation. The location was two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Multiple places to eat within walking distance. The house was stocked with every single thing you could imagine. Beth was very easy to get in contact with and extremely friendly and helpful. The house is exactly as pictured and just the perfect place for your family’s vacation!

Our family loved staying at this property. We planned a trip to tour around Cape May, but this condo in Wildwood was the perfect, reasonably priced accommodation for our big family. If fit 9 of us super comfortably, and was very easy to stay there with my 1.5 year old toddler (permanent baby gate at stairs, pack and play and high chair available). The hosts were friendly, easy to communicate with, and overall a pleasure to deal with. They really thought of EVERYTHING when designing/decorating their property. 1000% would recommend and would gladly come back.

Everything We Needed and Then Some
What a great first experience renting a property through VRBO. The property was exactly as advertised: spacious, bright, and above all clean! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need, and even a wide array of games were available for us to enjoy. Not only were we greeted with a thoughtful welcome basket on our arrival, Beth and her husband treated us to hot, yummy bagels on our first morning. On top of all this, Beth was always a text message away - ready to address any need at the moment is arose. Thank you so much for a delightful stay!

Beth the property manager was a pleasure to communicate with and very responsive and thorough responding to any questions we had. The properly was exactly as depicted and described with plenty of on hand amenities to make your stay that much more enjoyable(wagons for kids to use on the boardwalk and beach, beach chairs/umbrellas, a variety of bikes amongst other things). The Beach and boardwalk were only 2.5 blocks away from the property. Check-in and check out was a breeze. We'd absolutely would rent this property again.

The perfect place to stay!
The owner's, Beth & Kevin made the process so easy from beginning to end. They communicated throughout the entire week and were so thoughtful. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything that you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. The location was perfect and close to the boardwalk/beaches, restaurants, etc. We had a wonderful week and would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay at an amazing property!
Renting this beautiful condo was a breeze from beginning to end. If it’s possible, the condo was even more beautiful in person. It is large so people have plenty of space and can have alone or quiet time when desired. Quick walk to the beach. And Wildwood beaches are so big, social distancing was easy. Aside from the condo itself, the owners took it to a another level with thoughtful personal touches during our stay. For example, they had the best bagels ever delivered for breakfast our first morning there. Pure class! Loved everything about it, and can’t wait to stay again!!

Calming Getaway Near the Beach
The large open living, dining, kitchen area was welcoming upon entering the clean and calming residence. The owners were quick to respond and provide answers and recommendations as requested. The multiple bedrooms give many sleeping options and was great for our family getaway to the beach!
