the breakfast we thoroughly enjoyed...was more than enough and Evelyn made sure we were happy from the time of arrival...room was sparkling clean including bathroom and there was a fantastic view from our bedroom window...we just spent one night which was a pity as it was one of the best B&B that we ever went to , thank you so much Evelyn for having us :) definitely a 5 star rating

Everything was perfect from my arrival to my departure. The owner Evelyn, was super friendly and the perfect host. The guest house is impeccably clean and tidy. It had everything I needed. Situated in a quite and peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommended.

10 out of 10...had the most amazing experience! Wonderful & friendly hosts. Easy access to N1 and very easy to find. Bed was a delight as was the room. Do not skip the breakfast...it was delicious. Well done Evelyn & Willie and thanks for everything. We will be back. Take care, John & Lucille

Room was spacious and the ensuite was beautuful. Watching the garden birds while eating breakfast is the best way to start your day. Reading on the balcony in the afternoons is a great way to relax after a busy day

Excellent hosts who assisted with my specific laptop plug needs. The Breakfast was outstanding, with the hostess asking if there was anything I would prefer in order to meet any dietary needs. The room was spotless, with upmarket linen, a newly refurbished bathroom en suite.
All in all fabulous. The laughter from the school kids across the road in no way deterred from the lovely room, and the flight path of the planes to the airport kept me entertained. A very pleasant 3 days.

Our company are repeat customers of Cape Dawn Guesthouse as we need to work in the area. Best value for money in the area, as the other places are either crappy or very expensive. Easy access to freeway.
There is always room for improvement at any place, but I think they offer very good value for money.

We loved everything about this place, Evelyn was a very friendly host, helpful and kind. The place was very clean and tidy. We had a delicious breakfast... we will definitely be returning 😊
