Really comfortable rooms. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming . Fantastic breakfast . An excellent hotel stay for the money . Value for such a high end hotel.

The doorman is always very kind and attentive. The room was a huge ballroom with great lighting and all the comforts one could ask for. The pool had a beautiful little thai-style bar house with a very kind waiter who tends to your every need! You would forget you are in one of the busiest cities in the world.
If the lighting in the bathtub/shower area of the room would have a moodlight setting, the room would be even better. But that's really reaching for improvements.
