Central Hotel Eschborn made my business trip to Frankfurt very easy: the room was comfortable and thoughtfully well-equipped, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the area is quiet, pleasant and well-connected by S-Bahn to central Frankfurt. Plus the staff were friendly and helpful - highly recommend!

Excellent parking between concrete pillars, perfect for people that like their cars and don't like getting it dinged or scratched. 24/7 access with a code to the building. The restaurant was amazing.
Booking.com offered us a double room suited for three people. Both booking.com and Hotel Eschborn accepted my booking request for three people, which was made on my phone and on the day of arrival. Upon arrival we were told we should have requested for an additional bed (which didn't show up while booking anywhere), but even if we did, it wouldn't have made a difference as housekeeping was already gone for the day. One option was to book another room, which would obviously double the price. Luckily we were allowed to place our own inflatable bed in the double room, which solved the problem.

The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast provided a wide range of options that was tasty. The invoice administration was very efficient.
The room decor is old and needs a refresh. The bedding was minimalist - decent pillows and duvet would be welcome. I arrived in the evening, the reception was closed, I had to get my room card from the machine, it was not clear which room number the card was for (the area where the room card machine was, was poorly lit).
