Nice staff. Close to everything

Towels not properly washed. No telephone in the room.

A comfortable stay for a short business trip.

Kettle and teabags in the room as well as the minibar, even though I did not take anything from it. I was happy to have a choice.

There was nothing really negative.

I would have rated a 10 had it not been for the extremely unfriendly and unprofessional waitress at the breakfast area. Her attitude was so bad that she wouldn't even respond to my greeting. I thought she had trouble hearing until I saw her have a conversation with another guest. As a person of colour, that me feel extremely unwelcome as I was EVIDENTLY the only black guest in the breakfast area at the time.

Location is good, near the office and S-Bahn. Good value for money

Breakfast is very small variety, and if you dont eat meat or cheese, you will stay hungry

Superb

Breakfast was sufficient, room was clean, missing restaurant was not a problem since there are many restaurants around and at least we were forced every day for a short walk. It was not the nicest hotel ever, but it was excelent for what we needed and great for the offered price. Good parking included in price... We will definitely come again!

very nice receptionist. have car park free.

I make a mistake that this hotel have no aircond. only with fan inside the room and it is summer time. No lift in this hotel. Breakfast free no use not much of selection.

Small room and dusty

The location and parking spot was convenient.

Room was small and no elevator, makes it difficult with luggage and stroller. On the first floor you hear exactly what people are talking outside.

good breakfast, very comfy bed, very clean and staff very friendly, free parking available

Good value, not far from Frankfurt airport with plenty of free parking

I drove in from Frankfurt airport at around 22:00. Although there was no people at the reception desk, it was arranged before through booking.com's message function that I got the key at the door through a "vending machine". There was detailed instructions in English to explain how to open the door, the door code, and how to open the room door. Everything was quite smooth.

I have nothing to complain.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. It was in the perfect location for us as we were visiting family and they live literally across the road. Staff were friendly and helpful

Great stay

Great breakfast - not too many choices but all of them were well cooked and/or high quality. Also, the personnel was very nice and attentive. Would recommend!

Hairdryer in our room was not working.
