We liked the breakfast very much
The housekeeping process was very confusing. Once we figured it out it went well. I would suggest to explain your housekeeping to guests when they check-in. Especially the once that stay for more than a night

The address on the booking link is incorrect. Took is to the mall instead of the as actual hotel.
Staff was anything but friendly. No mannerisms. Had to request to have a sofa bed made when my reservation was for 3 people. Her response was oh you need it? I wouldn’t come back. And if you reserve here preceded with caution.
