Things I really liked about this hotel: the “free” bus pas that enabled us to get around town without difficulty, the “free” kleenix tissues that were not in the room but were in packages we could pick up at the front desk, the modern coffee maker in an alcove for all to use (for a price), the staff that knew a lot and were helpful whenever asked a question. One suggestion for the owner - since Sound of Music sites is a big draw for tourists, including us, I would suggest you have your desk clerks take the tour so they know something about the sights as well - they should also be given a “showing” of the movie with Julie Andrews for the same reason.
I didn’t care for the bathroom arrangement with a bathroom down the hall - prefer one in the room although in general the female bathroom was kept clean - though the wastebasket could have been emptied more often. The shower room was kept clean - but also down the hall.

Das Frühstück war absolut unterirdisch. Kaffee bitter, nur halb fertig gekochte Eier…..
Den Start in den Tag stelle ich mir anders vor.
