The hotel was modern, very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and everything felt well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good selection. Convenient location with easy access to Frankfurt.

The level of hospitality and kindness of the entire staff. Very safe area. Awesome breakfast, gym, and dinner options. The lobby is like a lounge, very relaxing. They have a massage chair as well. Clean rooms and spacious.

Great breakfast. Rooms are nice and large enough. Coffee machine is present, and looks great (didn't have time to use it). Great shower / bathroom. Beds were very comfy as well.
Everything was spotless clean, and staff was very friendly and helpful
Location is on an industrial / office park, so great for work, maybe a bit less for visiting Frankfurt unless you have a car. For us that didn't matter, as we only stayed for one night for a concert visit in the Jahrhunderthalle.

In the general service (bartender, other staff) was really nice. Ceasar salad was good.
The room was fine, no complaints there.
Wi-fi was ok. There is a shared iron, that was ok.
Location is also quite good for Eschborn, but I saw no grocery shops there and there is one coffee shop that closes at 17:30.
There was some sparkling water and coffee when I checked in the room, that was nice.
Many small things I didn’t like.
Getting to my room was a bit of a maze and it felt a bit like The Shining.
The breakfast is meh.
The bed was horrible and I barely slept the first night, the pillows too soft. Is anybody able to sleep on such pillows?
The tablet in the room asked me to opt out my cleaning, so I did. Then the room still was cleaned on the last day. Nothing wrong with clean rooms, but I just don’t like people touching my things. My toothbrush was upside down when I came back.
I tried gnocchi on my first dinner and it wasn’t so good.
