Shuttle-service von Flughafen zum Hotel kostenfrei, vom Hotel zum Flughafen 8,50 p. P. Ok., ein gutes italienisches Restaurant fussläufig sehr gut erreichbar.

bathroom was clean but water smelled. but last minute layover due to late flights. not a personal choice to stay here. it was way to expensive for a lack of heating

they never answer the phone. really low quality customer service. and they hide a hidden charge for shuttle of about 10 euros. really expensive for a old senior citizen. the room heaters was automated control it never worked. but the german staff or turkish staff acted kindly but in a deceptive manner as if they were concerned.

The service is absolutely amazing. Professional, helpful and kind staff. The location is perfect to stay before an early of after a late flight. Very clean and well maintained rooms and facilities. In lobby bar has wide range of drinks and some good local snacks. (If you need a meal, the staff will assist you how to order from any local restaurant and will supply you with silverware.) The shuttle to and back from the airport is very convenient. Very good fresh breakfast.

Second time my partner and I have stayed here en route to the south from Amsterdam. A great place right off the highway. We're big Motel One fans because it's so consistent and pleasant.

Due to a cancelled flight, I had to stay over Motel One (heard a family that just booked it online while others were waiting/complaining to get their voucher ;-)) . Booked online and was very surprised by the Modern look/facilities and very cosy little room. Perfect for a quick stay near the airport!

I generally like the Motel One brand. The hotels are clean and quiet, and the staff is supportive. I chose this one because of its proximity to the airport and shuttle service. The shuttle itself worked out perfectly. Very friendly and professional driver! The reception staff was also very helpful. The room was small but comfortable and had everything I needed, and I got a good night's sleep before my flight.

Getting to the hotel from the Hauptbahnhof was quite a challenge. I was too cheap to get a taxi so I took public transport, which was a mess (though perhaps I was just unlucky; the trams seemed not to be working that night). I would recommend splurging on a taxi in inclement weather :)

unfortunately there was no shuttle service when our flight arrived even though I was promised they’d be there to pick me up. It was confirmed in an email that I double check to be sure and give them my flight number. my cab ride just about cost as much as the room. I might as well stayed at the airport and avoided all the fuss
