It was a great place to stay in Munich, amazing breakfast with huge variety of food, swimming pool and sauna, clean rooms and friendly stuff. We also really liked the elevator button in the main building, it’s quite unique design and very dopamine feeling to press it.
The hotel is quite old and not renovated and it’s located quite far from the city center, but overall it’s a great value for money.

The facilities are nice and quiet. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. The staff are very friendly. A walk but Lildl and dm store around 10 minute walk.
Location wise it’s more an industrial area so not many restaurants within walking distance etc.

There were cockroaches in the room when we arrived. I understand the hotel is sorrounded by grass and trees, so I did not report it as a major issue, but it was no ñt so pleasant to see this.
Customer service is not the main strength of the night shift receptionist, everytime we had a question we had the feeling to be bothering.
