Pięknie położony ośrodek zaraz nad samym jeziorem, blisko do miejskiej plaży. Dużo miejsca na odpoczynek, dookoła hamaki, ławeczki i leżaki. Na terenie ośrodka stół do ping-ponga, bilarda oraz możliwość wypożyczenia rowerku wodnego czy supa. Bardzo dobre jedzenie, zarówno śniadania jak i obiady dostępne w restauracji. Pokój bardzo czysty, wygodne łóżka, w pokoju czajnik, kawa, herbata.
Recepcja podczas zameldowania powinna być bardziej zainteresowana gościem i udzielić mu większej ilości informacji. W naszym przypadku otrzymaliśmy klucze i na tym się skończyło. Fajnie by było gdyby osoba witająca gości wskazała chociażby drogę do pokój, powiedziała gdzie jest restauracja, w których godzinach można zejść na śniadanie, takie podstawowe informacje z którymi gość mógłby poczuć się zaopiekowany.

The staff were very friendly. Any time we asked for anything, they would help with a smile.
There were so many things to do at the hotel, we could have stayed for weeks without getting bored.

Nice location on Lake Ros.
“Hotel” is a stretch. Stayed at the house a few hundred meters away from the hotel. Could use the hotel for breakfast, but no room cleaning for our stay, despite not paying less than staying in the “hotel”
Restaurant staff were kind, but food and drinks were overpriced for the quality. Fish soup and Broth soup with no taste whatsoever
