Los dptos estaban bien.

La persona a cargo estaba ebrio. Al 2° día me cobró un valor adicional, no establecido en la reserva. Finalmente me retiré si hacer uso de toda la reserva, me adeuda $80.000. No lo recomiendo, la persona a cargo siempre estuvo ebrio y es de origen ruso.

El departamento era espacioso, estaba limpio y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos.

Que hubiese un corte de agua programado a las 10:00 del miércoles en el edificio. Sin embargo, nuestro anfitrión nos avisó y proporcionó lo necesario ante esta eventualidad.

Gloria is run as a SCAM - at checking, the staff will try to force you to pay much more than your booking, claiming successively: - that your rate doesn’t include taxes and fees, even when it explicitly does; - that your rate is in dollars, but can only be paid in pesos at their extortionate exchange rate - that you can not pay in cash but only by card, and that there is a ridiculously high surcharge for that; - that they don’t speak Spanish very well, don’t speak English at all, and will give your room away as they fail to understand you; - etc. Stay away - there are much better accommodations available in Santiago, for a better price and run by much much better people.

it was expensive for the services. there is crazy Russian origin receptionist who doesn’t speak English and his Spanish is hard to understand. the building has strange access setup and too have controls. the studio not very comfy
