Hostess Sandra was lovely, made me feel at home, had good recommendations and made a lovely individual breakfast. I felt taken care of which is nice when travelling alone. I was in Bangor to visit a lot of different places in North Wales and the hotel was absolut perfect for that because the train station and 2-3 bus stations are right around the corner. I also liked the fact there was a single room because as a single traveler you often have to take a double room and pay the price for 2 people. The bathroom was not an en-suite but nearby.

The best part of my stay here and maybe the entire experience in Bangor was the host, Sandra who made me feel at home. Sandra goes out of her way to make sure her guests are happy and comfortable, and had great tips on things to do. The food is incredibly good as well. Unfortunately, the pictures don't do the place justice. It is much nicer and super clean!

The stay was perfect! Sandra was so lovely and made our time here. She went over and above to help us. We had a meal at the restaurant which was excellent and breakfast was delightful! Thank you so much for the effort you put in, would highly recommend 😃

Everything about this stay was fabulous. If in Bangor, please stay and/or dine here. Our host, Sandra is an amazing lady. Nothing was too much of an ask for her. Definitely recommended.

Everything was very good

The only drawback was that my Mastercard was cancelled by my credit card company but I was able to use my Nationwide Visa card for the rest of the holiday. I remember saying to the lady after breakfast that I would settle up now and she said that it had all been done. I don't know how she was able to operate the Mastercard without me keying in the pin number Bob Reid

EVERYTHING. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR MY NEEDS. I WAS LOOKED AFTER FROM DAY 1. THE RESTAURANT HERE IS GRADE A CANTONESE CUISINE, FRESH PRODUCE COMBINED WITH SUBTLE FLAVOURS. ONE OF THE BEST PLACES I HAVE EVER STAYED AT.
