Excelent. Nice people and nice stay.
The owner and mom were extremely friendly and hospitable. The owner booked us an guesthouse in neighboring village with the best Florentine steak ever (1200 g) per reasonable price of 39 EUR/kg.
Missing room mosquito dispenser. We bought it for a few EUR at a shop 100 m away.

Excellent and I'll definitely stay again if I'm in the area
Very clean and comfortable; excellent value for money; good balance between privacy and personal contact; very easy parking.
Some of the rooms face towards a bar open until late; the noise may bother some (not me). The area in the immediate vicinity is not beautiful, although one only needs to walk 300 meters to reach the centre of S. Giustino, or less than 1km in the opposite direction to be in open countryside.
