The location worked really well for us. It’s away from the busy Old Town but very easy to reach by bus, with frequent services throughout the day. We specifically needed to be close to the marina, which is around a 15-minute walk away and has plenty of restaurants and bars. Lapad is also nearby, with lots of options for food and drinks.
The flat is small but perfectly adequate for a couple on a short stay. The bed and mattress were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and communication with the host was very good: clear, precise and helpful throughout.
There are quite a few stairs leading up to the property, which is worth being aware of if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. The flat is also tucked behind a car park and was a little confusing to find when we first arrived. Once we knew where it was, though, we had no issues getting around.
