This is the perfect spot for up to 8 mature and respectful adults to experience their Rocky Mountain High! It is close to Nederland and not far from Black Hawk/Central City in the other direction.

The house sits on 20 acres and amenities include an amazing covered deck which overlooks our valley. The deck extends out away from the house and hosts a sunken hot tub and golf driving range!

Two bedrooms are accessible with NO STAIRS and have their own covered porch!

BBQ - Hot Tub - Golf!

An observation deck sits atop the high point of the property. You get that authentic experience of hiking an incline over actual Rocky Mountain Rock to get there but the view is worth the effort!

Another great amenity is the hot tub. It sits out away from the house and is open to the brilliant night sky! It is sunken into a deck which expands away from the covered deck of the house and out to the cliff facing. The gate on the end of the deck swings open and turns into a golf driving range! We will supply you several buckets of balls you can hit and we will pick them up later...

Next to the hot tub - attached to the cliff rock - is a lounge perfectly positioned to catch all of the action. Hang out by or in the hot tub! Drive balls off into the valley!

Hang out on the wide, covered deck - complete with shading, seating, a gas fire pit, and a BBQ grill. Prop the kitchen windows open and turn the main living space and kitchen into an extension of the deck! Feel that cool mountain breeze!

As for beds and personal spaces, one couple will stay in the loft area which overlooks the main living space - this is a semi-private area with a queen bed. They will use the bathroom which is part of the main living space on the floor below.

The other couples would stay on the ground floor where you enter the house. The first room you walk in is a common area to hold your gear or large items that need to come inside, like bicycles, etc. The two bedrooms are accessed from this common area as is the downstairs bathroom. One of the bedrooms can also access the bathroom directly.

Each bedroom has a queen bed and outdoor access to a covered patio area below the main deck above. Additional outdoor seating is on the patio - perfect for your morning coffee or to take in a private moment! The deck is at ground level and you are welcome to park your car or motorcycles there for more protection. It also allows folks in wheel chairs access to the house with NO STAIRS!

All beds and linens are high-quality as are the furnishings. For this reason we are seeking groups that can respect all the work that has gone into creating a space for fantastic Rocky Mountain experience!

We are just 10 minutes from Nederland and about 20 from Black Hawk/Central City. The road off the dirt road off of HWY 72 is a bit rough; however, my 2WD mini-van handles it just fine in the summer.
