Enjoy this comfortable and cozy suite in Casa Costa, overlooking the reservoir and just minutes to the the beach! The suite includes a full kitchen, dining area, one bedroom, and a living area with tropical views and sunshine. Relax on the balcony with your morning coffee watching the sunrise.....and have dinner along the Intracoastal waterway just steps from your suite. A ten-minute walk takes you over the intracoastal to the sandy beaches of Boynton..... The complex also offers a business center, men's and women's saunas, and a fitness center. The fifth floor landing includes two gorgeous pools - one for relaxing and one for laps, as well as a Jacuzzi hot tub. Secure parking is also included in your stay. Boynton Marina one block away, offering fishing, boat rental, scuba diving, parasailing, and more! A washer and dryer are located in the suite. (mail service not available) Maximum one month stay. *CONDO IS FOR TWO PERSONS ONLY; SOFA SLEEPING NOT ALLOWED* We are an equal opportunity housing provider. We had a lovely stay, couldn’t find the key after a 25 hour journey from the UK - and a bit of a foggy brain - but owner was very responsive and everything was sorted.
Would recommend to anyone, providing it doesn’t clash with us renting again!

It was just what we were looking for. Peaceful and quiet yet convenient. . Communication was great. My only complaint if i had to have one is that the keys have no order to them. Oh and we couldn't find the pool balls in the rec room. I wasnt about to carry pool balls from the checkin lobby to the 5th floor rec room. But all in all it was so wonderfully satisfying.

This was our 3rd stay in this condo unit. It is beautiful, clean, very well equipped and outstanding host.That said, the building itself has many issues. For more that a year and a half, the pools and hot tub have been under construction / renovation, This includes the garage and assigned parking space. We love the condo unit; but will NOT stay here again as long as the construction / renovation is incomplete!

Overall a great unit in a nice complex with a convenient location. One pool and the hot tub were closed for renovation. Most annoying was the inability to get Wi-Fi or TV service.

We. enjoyed our stay at Kelli and Mike's apartment very much. It is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The view from the small balcony was a highlight. We loved watching the birds and ducks in the pond. Every day was different. The walk to the beach was easy with beautiful homes to see on the way. Having the intracoastal so close by was an added plus. All and all, a perfect vacation.

The pool is under construction, no hot tub, the garage area is being supported by temporary bracing and the neighbor gets pissed when you use the door going to the garage because it “drives her dogs nuts”

We stayed here for a week to explore the West Palm Beach area. The check-in was exactly as described- no problems. The complex and condo were very clean. The beach chairs and umbrella were handy for our trips to Delray and Boynton beaches - superb beaches!! We would come back here again for sure , thanks!

This was our 2nd time staying in this beautiful Casa Costa unit. Everything about it was great… except - as was the case when we stayed last fall, 1 of the 2 swimming pools and the hot tub are under renovation and unavailable to use. In addition, there is repair work going on in the garage and the assigned parking spot for this unit is extremely difficult to maneuver in and out of as it’s right next to the construction.

The condo itself was fantastic. Comfortable furnishings, well equipped kitchen. Beach chairs and towels were a helpful touch too. Unfortunately the pool deck was under renovation so the hot tub was unavailable. We also had some loud neighbors who partied into the wee hours. Security was quick to respond though.

Intentional misleading property description. Would not have booked the unit if the description was updated, which it is now as a result of my husband and I reporting to VRBO. Also, parking gargage collapsing; major work throughout property. Also, be aware, Kelli and Mike are not the owners of the unit.

Perfect place for a great vacation
The unit itself is gorgeous. Very well taken care of. It’s a studio type unit with a balcony and a great view of the lake and gazebo. The building the unit is in is very high end and well taken care of. The front desk is always manned and very nice to work with. The building is very secure. The parking is in a garage and convenient for access to and from the unit. The best part is location. I thoroughly enjoyed walking to the restaurants around a marina. It nice to eat and watch the boats go by. And just across the bridge over the intra coastal is one of the best drives on A1A in south Florida. Ocean and very large homes. And great restaurants. I used the pool amenities 3 days and just the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun, water and views from the 5th floor level. Enjoy your stay. You will love it.

Month Long Stay
I worked remote here for a month and found everything I needed to be available in the apartment - including some beach gear. Good internet, TV and amenities. The complex itself is nice and very close to the beach (I would bike about 10 mins to get to the waterfront). There is plenty of nearby grocery and restaurants. Highly recommend for a solo traveler or couple.

The condo was absolutely as pictured, if not better. It had everything I need for a week in Boynton beach, right down to towels and a beach bag. I slept very well and it had a fully equipped kitchen so I was able to make some meals. This stay exceeded my expectations and I would rent again when back in the area.

Loved being within walking distance of beach ( about a mile). Unit was clean and well appointed. Didn't use the pool. Walk to some very good restaurants. Liked hurricane alley but can't beat the 2 right on the intra coastal. Perfect for a couple. If I had to search for a complaint is my wife likes a TV in the bedroom. Seriously great location and very comfortable for a week (or 2)...

Great place.
This is a sweet condo in a great location. Kelli and Mike were very responsive and helpful. A great bonus was the pond adjacent to the building with great bird viewing, especially in the morning.

Great Condo in Paradise
The condo was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The view is awesome, with a nice balcony. The pool and pool deck was spacious and the water, a perfect temperature.

Wonderful stay in Boynton Beach!
We spent 2 weeks in this terrific 1 bedroom Casa Costa condo. It is exceptionally clean and has a gorgeous view of the reservoir from the balcony. The unit is very well equipped and Kelli and Mike are great hosts. Highly recommended!
