Lovely welcome from front desk. In good location for walking around Chiang Mai. Bars and restaurants close by. Other reviewers mentioned night club noise but stayed Friday and Saturday night in room 202 and did not hear anything other than the heavy rain on first night. Good breakfast was provided. We were given a late check out until 2pm which was appreciated.
Towels were clean but looked a little grey and tired. But were arranged in delightful elephant manner on arrival :)

nice hotel just sadly it backs onto a night club that goes to 3am so bloody noisey in my room number 306 which is closest to the noise, hotel is on a narrow 1 way road so car parking on the street is very tricky only the hotel has few car spaces ehich are often pretty much filled by scooters, apart for the noise and i like a good club as much as anyone, i liked the place and the location

There s a bar nearby that plays very loud music clearly for people under the effect of substances until 3-4 am, including with drums, making it impossible to sleep. We had to move location
