Great experience

Love the fact that the facility was exactly the same as the picture presented. Also clean host was very welcoming my spouse and I was very very please looking forward for our next stay.

Happy with everything I would not like to change anything about this place. Would just like for the host to keep up the good work. Surely booking again soon 😀

Home away from home:

GranAnn's place was very comfortable, really a home away from home. Very nice neighborhood. My husband and I felt safe taking walks. All the necessary items were there for us to prepare our own meals. The bed was very comfortable. The host miss Ann was very nice.

Lovely

Gran Ann went above and beyond to make sure my introduction to Kingston was comfortable. Arriving on a Sunday when everything was shut had its drawbacks but she made sure I was looked after. She made me a Jamaican breakfast, drove me around to give me an orientation and took me to the supermarket. The place is spacious, very clean and comfortable.

The flat is slightly out of town. It's easy enough to get in and around in a cab but it wasn't possible to walk anywhere, which I would've liked.

Mrs. Ann's apartment was excellent if you want a quiet, very clean cozy Apt. at a reasonable cost!

I like that Mrs. Ann was very hospitable, I had a cancelation and then a 7 hr. delayed flight she still greeted us with a smile at 11 pm. Her apartment was clean and very comfortable. The best part was the hot water was constant and on demand for a hot shower which was welcomed after traveling for 13 hours to reach Jamaica. The water pressure was great. She also had AC and a fan in the bedroom for our select comfort as well as cable in living room and bedroom. There was a secure parking space in her gated driveway which was really nice to park our rental car. The home is not far from the main roads.

Superb

The piece and quiet. No noise of heavy traffic and neighbors hanging out on the street corner with loud music and language you wish not to hear.

Our lovely four footed neighbors. This is my only complaint. Wish I could help you with doing something about that problem. The unnecessary barking is not good for clients. 🤔

Ann’s was a very nice place to stay, had everything you would want/ need. It’s basically home away from home

not too hard to fine. It was cozy and nice for the weekend

The AC wasn’t cool enough, maybe thinking the filter wants to be cleaned

Disturbingly Noisy

The shower is nice and spacious. The host is nice and generous. The backyard and fruit trees are nice. The bed is comfortable. The A/C and fan are also good. Good kitchen with offerings. Good TVs. It is fairly clean. And fast WIFI.

There is too much noise from the dogs next door, day and night. The next door neighbor has several large dogs chained up all the time inside a building under construction and the dogs are often barking, crying, and whining nonstop for hours. It is miserable and cruel both to the dogs and the guests. My stay was miserable due to this. Very disturbing. I did not enjoy my stay because I was often disturbed by crying dogs. I mentioned it to the host and the owner of these poor dogs but there was no solution, only rude dismissal by the dogs' owner. The dogs' owner told me to just cover my ears... Very cruel person. I think dogs these size should be in the country, not tied up inside concrete walls 24/7 with no roof, through rain and sun. They are crying and whining often. They need a rescue in my opinion. The outside door and gate was difficult to open and close. I hurt my hand badly trying to unlock the gate once. So I didn't use it after that. The washer assigned to me was occupied all day for a couple of days, I had to wait for two days to use it.

my stay was well comfortable and relaxing

property was well kept the area was so quiet and comfortable to stay in and rest the host miss Ann was so nice I arrived late at the property letting her know I would be late because when I landed I had was to go to a friend birthday party so I informed her about being late she stayed up and ensured of my arrival when I arrived at the property she was accommodating I would recommend this property miss Ann to stay my next trip to Jamaica I will be staying at miss Ann

Exceptional

The host was very welcoming and accommodating. She was patient even though my flight was one hour delayed. 😌 She waited for me to get there and was still patient after I took the wrong turns getting there. I was really appreciative that she had no problem with having me one extra day after I missed my flight. Thank you for having me

Loved it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The bathroom was so clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was roomy as well.

Miss Ann is so sweet and made our stay extremely comfortable. The place was nice, cozy and super clean. It felt like home. I felt very safe as well. Miss Ann checked on us daily to make sure we were okay and that made us feel great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking with her! Thank you again Miss Ann! 😍

Someone broke into the apartment

I like how the place was put together in sense of the cleanliness

I rented this apartment from June 16 -July 7 2021 I was staying here with my husband and daughter on July 2nd we decided to take a trip for the day to the beach and we locked the door but not the padlock (the door was locked itself) upon arrival we realized the place was broken into and all my daughters items were stolen and half my items gone and some my husbands belongings when I notified the owner of the event she said nothing like that has ever happened before and we should of put the padlock on and just kept addressing that I didn’t feel as if she cared The police was notified and they to think this was a set up and someone close to the owner is involved in this act apparently the person had to gain in the apartment through a key . As the day went by the owner did nothing to change the lock itself as someone can gain entry no cameras or nothing until the day of July 7 of me leaving she came and showed me a new lock that she had purchased that no longer will need a key and just a code and also stated she got cameras which I didn’t see again it happened on July 2nd 2021 why are you coming on the day of departure overall I just think this was a set up and someone very close to these people set it up all my 15 years of travelling to Jamaica I have never felt so violated and I would not recommend anyone renting here

The property was clean, my host was extremely nice and helpful. I would love to stay again!!

I was not use to not having hot water because I’m coming from the US. They had hot water to shower but not in the kitchen, but it was where I needed it the most. I didn’t care for the neighbors dog who like to bark.

Warm cozy comfort..a little slice of heaven.

My husband and I are always looking for a beautiful place to stay when we’re on vacation. Once we came across this place we decided to give it a try and it was the best decision we made when it comes to choosing a place to stay... I cannot begin to tell you how great our stay was... from the moment we got there we were greeted by Monique who was warm friendly and hospitable... we later met Ann and she was such a joy... the place was clean well kept and comfortable.. we later met Maurice who was just as friendly and welcoming as Monique and Ann...we got to pick fruits in the backyard in the morning we felt so at home we were able to do laundry and use all the facilities and amenities they offered... am grateful for the excellent accommodation we received from our stay at this little slice of heaven located in a prime location .. we were close to many bar restaurants and shopping area.. based on our experience at GranAnn’s place I highly recommend it if you are looking for that at home feeling with great comfort affordability and luxury.. the staff at GranAnn!s place will not disappoint... we will definitely be back :-)
