The lake and environment was beautiful not the condo

The lake and surrounding area id beautiful have stayed at the property in different units for over 9 years have liked all the rooms prior.

This room when you walked in had a overwhelming odor of mold smelt very musty no TV in the bedroom and had mice will not be staying in that unit again.

Nice accommodation but assistance from the property manager was sub-par.

Worst check-in experience of my entire life! They will answer the phone, but they won't allow you to interact with a human at check-in to review directions, shuttle service, amenities. You drive to one place to get your keys out of a cubby hole, and then you drive another 2-3 miles to a place without proper directions... Oh wait, they did give me a map the size of a postage stamp with a blue highlighted line drawn on it. I found it woefully unhelpful. And if you want to check out at 11 AM, instead of 10 AM, they charge you an additional $25.

If it's between this unit or another quit looking and get this one.

We were in Keystone for a family wedding and rooms at the resort next door sold out before we were able to get a room. That turned out to be a good thing for us because we ended up at Argentine 1507 which is a 1 Bedroom Condo that is Very Nice & On The Lake for less than a room at the resort. Needless to say the other family members that came and visited us were jealous.

Could have used a heavy blanket or 2.

We were in Keystone for a family wedding and rooms at the resort next door sold out before we were able to get a room. That turned out to be a good thing for us because we ended up at Argentine 1507 which is a 1 Bedroom Condo that is Very Nice & On The Lake for less than a room at the resort. Needless to say the other family members that came and visited us were jealous.

Could have used a heavy blanket or 2.
