Great location
Bathroom was extremely smelly. Bought sprays to help but it was unbearable at times

The location is excellent, and the management is highly responsive. On one occasion, I needed towels, and they were able to accommodate me and get them after hours.
There was a bit of a smell coming out from the bathroom. The management sent the cleaner and someone to check and it got better.

Room31. It was spacious, had a nice design, a balcony, and lots of light. The bed was very comfortable. The location was noisy, but the windows faced the courtyard, so it wasn't too bad. The internet was good. The location was convenient. The cleaning service was excellent. Kitchen is comfortable.
I stayed in room 31. I had some issues with the plumbing. Leonardo sent a repairman twice, and everything was fixed within two days. It caused some inconvenience, but I didn't want to leave my room because it was very nice. It would be nice if there was a kettle or a small pot for boiling water for mate in the kitchen.

Lystra was very helpful! For example, there was a significant language barrier, she went above and beyond to swiftly translate requests into English in order to provide her exceptional services.
The stairs were a bit more flights then expected and was a challenge bringing luggage and such up to our penthouse.
The area was a bit busy for my taste but still a good location to 5th ave and restaurants.
