The room was clean, comfortable and really big with well equipped kitchen. The location was good, walking distance from train station.

Location
Cold water. Lack of WhatsApp response to having no hot water, despite seeing that the agent had been on WhatsApp after my message. The agent was brusque up to the point when they could see we had a point re cold water. The accommodation was not checked sufficiently before we arrived and we had to restart the boiler at their instruction, despite there being a warning not to do so. I guess one could say that their boiler instructions were correct, but we were asked to circumvent them when following them proved to be inconvenient for the owners.

Very pleasant flat with kitchen in the very center. Close to restaurants and bars, but at the same time very quiet and silent at night
I suggest putting new woods on the windows as the morning light is very annoying for sleeping

The location was central, accesibile, easy to find. The self check in was convenient.
The place was nicely decorated, with vintage furniture, but the room had a bad odour altogether. Also, the appliances were very noisy: the refrigerator worked almost continuously. Also, the gas central heating started by itself every 30 minutes even no one was using the hot water. We appreciated the presence of the noisy electric fan, as the temperature was above 28 Celsius inside the flat because of the extremely hot weather.
Lots of things needed mending inside the house (broken tiles in the bathroom, small holes in the walls, vent pipes with no cover, etc.)
The couch was dirty and also some of the towels.
There were no clear instructions regarding the waste/ litter.

Location was exceptional.
Staff on call were helpful and courteous.
Loved the escalator, huge bonus.
No view from the window and building opposite obstructed the light entering the room.
No plugs for the wash basin and bede.

Nice place, good position
Very noizy. The heating sistem was very noizy, every 5 minutes running. I couldn't sleep all the night.

Perfect location on a quiet street and close to everything in the centre of town, secure entry, everything you need in the apartment for a comfortable stay.

Apartment is nice, very good position. Quality/price ratio might seem a bit high, but apparently that's below the city average.
Wifi was not working. When asked the property, they mentioned "they have been waiting for assistance for 2 days". I work in customer assistance, and I can say in such cases would be better to let the customer know in advance - or at least do something to "pay off" for the inconvenience (wifi is not that much of a premium service nowadays, I guess almost anybody would book a structure without wifi in 2022). Small things like couple of extra coffee capsules, a small "sorry for the inconvenience" note, or waive off the 2EUR of tourist tax. Not the case here, which left me a bit disappointed to be honest.

It was close to the centre and spacious.
There was silver fish going around kitchen area, i believe it is becuase of there is no air condition. Apartment was quite stuffy due to the hot summer day.
We are were 3 of us, there was no sheet and cover for 3rd person.

Great localisation.
Watch out for trafic limitation when driving to localisation. Object personel should inform about iit before. And suggest a closest parking. Personel contact was not good. There is no air conditioning.

Location was perfect, and nice spacious accomodation.

Excellent location. Quiet street but only a minute away from the fish market and restaurants. " minutes to main piazza. Spacious apartment with all the convenience's provided. Good sized bathroom. Ideal for short break or a base to travel. Ideal city break location.
The fridge was a little noisy. No outside area.

Lovely, comfortable, spacious apartment in a nice area of the city, easily accessible from the train station either by bus or on foot. The apartment was decorated with some beautiful old Italian furniture, while still feeling modern, and the host could be contacted by phone. I'd certainly stay here again!
It was quite dark and there's no closet space for guests' use.

Location was great and the apartment was very grand.
Couldn't find any power points in kitchen area as electricity seems to only run along the far wall. Couldn't get the oven to work at all. (maybe me being stupid) and there was no corkscrew! Seems picky but when you are staying in an apartment for 4 nights a corkscrew comes in handy. Anyway, we bought one and left it there. Enjoy. Missing light bulbs and wobbly wall power sockets. We liked it and enjoyed our stay but just seems to lack a little care and finesse. Sort of, "Oh, that will do". Shame.

Room was big
Half the lights didn’t work, the other half were missing light bulbs to save on electricity. Oven and small fridge didn’t work, no washing machine on arrival new one next day,not working properly said they would return, still waiting. One set of towels for 5 nights, half a roll of toilet paper, no toiletries, twice weekly garbage pickup never happened. Might be good for one night!!!
