I would definitely book this house again

House was great for the 4 of us. O ur little one loved her own little bed that was put in our room. It was very comfy for a foldout bed. Everything we needed utensil wise was available in the kitchen too, which was very handy.

The house is great and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. Our only complaint would be a very small one, that the main room has little space at the end of the bed to get around it and our youngest and myself walked into the bed frame several times.

Would go again

Lovely little house, lovely owner, nice location, just what we wanted, far enough away from Glasgow to not feel we were in the thick of it, close enough we could drive in for some shopping, would love to have had longer to explore airdrie! I love a place with a washing machine so I don't have a weeks worth of washing when I go home! Would go back.

We did have hot tub issues, but those were dealt with. Less rain would have been perfect if only we could book it lol! One thing I would have liked, but that's because I didn't think to pack one, was a hairdryer! But all in all it had everything we needed and was comfortable and nice.

perfect place to stay near Glasgow

we loved all the Scottish decor and the very cosy well appointed cottage . we were in cottage 2 which had a private garden and outdoor spa . a perfect place to stay for a few days .

Cottage was immaculately clean and comfortable with every home comfort we could need. Bathroom facilities were great, Hosts were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Location was ideal for our purposes, very quiet and semi rural yet still very well placed for amenities and trips out. Beds were comfy - we slept like logs and the hot tub, which, despite first impressions, was very private, was perfect to relax after a busy day.

We had a perfect weekend and have no reccommendations or complaints

never again snd ive told a few friends not to book here either

not much as hot tub was over road freezing had to walk over a car park to get there never seen the likes and not private in any way sitting under someone’s else window i stay away in property with booking.com every month this was the worst for money every

it all dated old fashioned freezing in winter snd host turns down heating from some where else with their phone this is worst stay we had no access to garden taxis cant find you… hot tub way over road under a neighbours window where next street watch through fence ridiculous really false advertising

The beds were comfortable & cosy! Elaine was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had about Takeaways, things to do etc! They also gave us bikes to use and told us where the bike track was. When we checked in there was already milk there along with a welcome pack with biscuits, tea, coffee & juice. The cottage was beautiful and so cosy! I Would definitely book again ☺️

Great little place ideal for a small family, much better than being stuck in a hotel room.

A real home from home feeling everything you could need , great welcome pack to get us started and spotlessly clean .

Nothing , was a little nervous with the location as the cottage is behind the owners own house but they were very respectful of our privacy.

Excellent cottage

The cottage is superb, it is cosy , very clean, well furnished, the sofas and beds are very comfortable. The cottage has everything you would need and to top it off a brilliant hot tub. The back garden is large and excellent if you have a dog. If is situated in a peaceful area but close to a supermarket and very good takeaways. The owners are such lovely people and give you a warm welcome, we will most certainly be back. Thank you to Elaine and John

There was nothing we didn't like, the cottage is superb, it is cosy, very clean, well furnished, all furniture comfortable, sofas, beds etc . It has everything you need and a hot tub. The back garden is huge and excellent if you have a dog. The owners give you a warm welcome and are such lovely people. We will most certainly be back.

We were met by Elaine and shown aound the cottage and how to work the hot tub. The cottage is beautiful and the hot tub amazing. We also borrowed bikes from Elaine which allowed us to see more of the area. It was extremely peaceful. Lovely friendly and helpful host.

The cottage was immaculate with all the facilities in place plus many personal touches. Elaine, the host was very friendly and accommodating and keen to ensure things were ok. Plains is a lovely little village on the outskirts of Airdrie and the cottage is easy to find with the M8 within a 10 min drive. A most enjoyable experience all round.

Beautiful, homely and comfortable cottage.

Everything was beyond our expectations, such a lovely cottage with everything you could need, felt so homely. Even had games for us to play on the rainy day/night. Will 100% be booking a stay here again.
