Exceptional value, real friendly staff, their chef is excellent, you'll be real happy staying here!

Really kind & welcoming staff, their breakfast is made to order and I totally found the place to offer incredible value, so you definitely get a lot of bang for your buck staying at Red Sox Hotel, highly recommend it!

Their location could be a bit closer but it's not to bad once you learn your way around town.

Good and comfortable accommodation

I liked the environment and cleanliness in and outside the hotel.

Most of the facilities you talk about are malfunctional. E.g TV doesn't work, no Internet . The other thing is there are many mosquitoes and the nets have holes I never liked bargaining for the room prices afresh yet I had already booked a room with a price. So coming to check in and then the receptionist tells me different and higher prices was really a big disappointment. Let the prices online be the same with those on the reception

The hotel is comfortable and staff were excellent.

The staff were excellent. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most and because of them I will book the hotel again anytime I go to Uganda. The hotel was clean and the location was good. The rooms were excellent and clean. The beds were comfortable and beddings were clean. All my request for the rooms were met except the absence of air conditioner even though it was listed as part of the room facilities when I booked. In any case, there was fan in the rooms and the fans work effectively. I will book the hotel again next time I am in Uganda.

The breakfast needs to be improved with many varieties. My booking included English breakfast but this was not provided at the hotel. Bread and omelettes were provided on most days but we get tired of this and we requested for yam and sweet potatoes with omelette and these were provided at our request. Breakfast was always served with plenty of fruits and tea and coffee. We had fish dinner on one of our stay and it was delicious. The kitchen staff, Sofia was helpful and friendly.

My stay exceeded my expectations. Good management and very clean rooms .

Breakfast was very awesome. And location of the Red sox is good.

If possible , Indian food should be in Menu.

Room was ok

Even though I told them of the exact time I would be checking in and was an hour late, the wifi wasnt ready for me and took over 45min to work and didnt work in the morning. The room is situated next to the water pumps for the entire hotel and the noise kept me up all night.

The considerate stuff in general makes the experience much better and they should keep that up

The breakfast is not sufficient, a little more could do , the location is great : for me at least

It was a fair one.

Easy Access. Staff are quite pleasant though!

Being held at the reception for long yet I had earlier booked. It appeared as though they weren’t ready for me! Water went off and took a long while to be restored! Room service not very immediate. The first room I was given had the bathroom outside!

Very clean and comfortable bed. Reasonable prices and excellent meals Excellent customer services and staff The girls and boys all staff are so wonderful, happy polite and friendly. The rooms are well spaced with a nice balcony for fresh air. No Mosquitoes. Generally, the place is nice no issues but not close to Kampala. I like the garden the security is right and the rooms secure.
